Paul F. of Isanti, MN had water leaking into his basement so he called American Waterworks to set up a FREE Estimate! Our Design Specialist, Ryan Powell, went to his home to inspect the issue and come up with a solution. After a thorough inspection, Paul was confident with the proposal so he set up an installation date.
Our Foreman, Raul Barroso, and his production team began the project by cutting out the concrete down the middle of the basement to form a feed line. They connected the feedline to the installation of our TripleSafe Sump Pump System. Our TripleSafe provides three levels of protection and is the best sump pump we offer for our customers. Raul and his team covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Paul's peace of mind is restored and is grateful we were to save the life of his basement!

Bill L. in Nicollet, MN noticed some cracking in his basement wall that was getting larger over time and putting pressure on the foundation. He was concerned about the bowing walls and the potential damage it could cause. After doing some research online, he came across our website and was happy to learn that we have been restoring foundations for over 30 years! We sent one of our Design Specialists, Eric Hazelton, to evaluate the situation and propose the best, cost-effective solution. He was impressed with our products and Eric’s presentation, and he chose to move forward with the project.
Using wall anchors, our production crew drilled small holes through the failing block foundation and into the soil surrounding the home. In order to straighten the wall, they had to dig out the soil pushing against the foundation. They secured each end of the metal rods with anchor plates and tightened them as far as they would go. This process gradually straightened the foundation wall, and permanently secured it. Bill was pleased with the entire process and is glad he made the investment to restore the value of his home!
Ben's concrete patio needed to be lifted and leveled, so he did his research online and found American Waterworks on HomeAdvisor. He called our office and scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist. Our Design Specialist went to Ben's home, inspected his patio, and proposed a couple of solutions that would solve the problem. Ben was confident in the proposal, so he followed through with the project.
Our Foreman and his crew member injected our PolyLevel underneath the patio to fill the voids caused by soil erosion and to level the patio out with the entrance of the home. Next, our team applied our NexusPro over the crack between the concrete and the house. This sealant prevents moisture from getting underneath and it gives the concrete a nice finishing touch.
Ben was happy with the work and said the crew was courteous, polite, patient, communicative, and cooperative!
A homeowner in Rockford, MN, disliked the look of the sidewalk in front of their home. Not wanting to replace the entire slab, the homeowner sought a way to repair the concrete. When we caught their eye, the homeowner was looking through several different concrete repair companies. Seeing we offer an affordable concrete fix, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist. Once they arrived, the Design Specialist greeted the homeowners and conducted his inspection. Following his inspection, the Design Specialist determined that the sidewalk needed to be lifted and leveled. The Design Specialist suggested that the sidewalk be lifted and leveled using the PolyLevel. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner agreed with the Design Specialist's suggestions. The Design Specialists passed on the plans to the assigned crew to begin production. Our Foreman, Sam, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the concrete lifting and leveling process. First, the crew inserted the PolyLevel underneath the sidewalk. Once the PolyLevel was inserted, the crew shifted their focus to replacing the joints and filling the various cracks throughout the concrete. To fill these cracks and joints, the crew utilized the NexusPro Crack Selant. Finally, the crew cleaned up their job site and left the home. The homeowners were grateful that they did not need to replace the entire concrete slab. American Waterwork is happy to assist another homeowner in lifting their sidewalk.
