Our Foreman, Raul Barroso, and his production team began the project by cutting out the concrete down the middle of the basement to form a feed line. Bill L. in Nicollet, MN noticed some cracking in his basement wall that was getting larger over time and putting pressure on the foundation. He was concerned about the bowing walls and the potential damage it could cause. Using wall anchors, our production crew drilled small holes through the failing block foundation and into the soil surrounding the home. In order to straighten the wall, they had to dig out the soil pushing against the foundation. They secured each end of the metal rods with anchor plates and tightened them as far as they would go. This process gradually straightened the foundation wall, and permanently secured it. Bill was pleased with the entire process and is glad he made the investment to restore the value of his home! 

Ben's concrete patio needed to be lifted and leveled, so he did his research online and found American Waterworks on HomeAdvisor. He called our office and scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist. Our Design Specialist went to Ben's home, inspected his patio, and proposed a couple of solutions that would solve the problem. Ben was confident in the proposal, so he followed through with the project. 

Our Foreman and his crew member injected our PolyLevel underneath the patio to fill the voids caused by soil erosion and to level the patio out with the entrance of the home. Next, our team applied our NexusPro over the crack between the concrete and the house. This sealant prevents moisture from getting underneath and it gives the concrete a nice finishing touch.

A homeowner in Rockford, MN, disliked the look of the sidewalk in front of their home. Not wanting to replace the entire slab, the homeowner sought a way to repair the concrete. First, the crew inserted the PolyLevel underneath the sidewalk. Once the PolyLevel was inserted, the crew shifted their focus to replacing the joints and filling the various cracks throughout the concrete. To fill these cracks and joints, the crew utilized the NexusPro Crack Selant. Finally, the crew cleaned up their job site and left the home.
