Client was looking to update their basement and didn't like the appearance of their old window well.

Penny L. of Rogers, MN found one of our advertisements in her local phonebook, so she called American Waterworks to schedule a FREE Estimate to inspect the leaking water coming through her basement. Our Design Specialist, Shane Nephew, went to her home to diagnose the problem and come up with a solution. Penny got all her questions answered, so she scheduled an installation date. 

Our Foreman, Kiko Pena, and our production crew began the project by drilling weep holes at the bottom of the wall perimeter to relieve water pressure. Next, our crew installed 90 feet our DryTrak Drain Pipe System around the floor perimeter and over the holes. Our DryTrak is made to collect and channel water to the sealed sump pump or basement drain. Next, our crew applied 68 feet of our CleanSpace Halfwall around the wall perimeter to prevent mold and humidity and forces water seepage to fall into the DryTrak. Penny was happy with the outcome and was grateful we were able to help serve her and her home repair needs!

Kevin G. of Rogers, MN had moisture in his basement where the floor and wall meet. He called our office and scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Chad. Chad went to Kevin's house, inspected his basement, and determined the solution of our WaterGuard Below Floor Drain. Kevin got all of his questions answered, so he got a date scheduled for the installation. 

Our Foreman, Tremaine, and his crew started the installation by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our crew installed our WaterGuard, which is an interior drainage system that collects water and guides it to the sump pump. To complete the project, our team filled the open gaps with river rock to allow water flow, and applied a new layer of concrete over the system, ensuring the basement was neat and clean.

Brian, from Rogers, MN, got in contact with us when he began to notice a failing wall on the basement level of his home. Brian was afraid that, if left unchecked, the failing foundation would compromise the structural integrity of the home, as well as affect the window sills of the basement, which could become costly further down the road. When he called us, we were able to set him up with our FREE estimate, so our Design Specialist, Jared, headed out to the property to do a thorough inspection of the issue and how we could help fix the issue. When he completed his walkthrough, he recommended the use of our GeoLock wall anchors. He explained to Brian that our GeoLock anchors are the ideal solution to permanently stabilize a foundation wall by anchoring the problem wall to the hard-packed virgin soil beyond the foundation. This system has the option to be tightened over time to further straighten foundation walls and pull them back into their original position. Brian agreed to the work and the project began shortly after.

Our Foreman, Hugo, and his crew ended up installing 5 of our GeoLock anchors on the Southern part of the wall. These anchors allow minimal disturbance to lawn and landscaping. Once the job was finished, Brian was satisfied to know that his failing wall worries were in the past! 

A homeowner in Rogers, MN, noticed the sidewalk leading to their home was uneven. Knowing this was not going to be a do-it-yourself type of fix, the homeowner began looking for a professional to get the job done. The homeowner was looking through the Shop by Maple Grove when our advertisement caught their eye. Wanting to know more about our company, the homeowner looked into our website and found all the remarkable work we have completed in the past. That was enough for the homeowner and they decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. After the estimate was finalized, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Kevin, to inspect the sidewalk and garage. Following his inspection, Kevin determined that the concrete was showing signs of sinking. To avoid replacement, Kevin recommended that the concrete be lifted and leveled. The homeowners agreed with Kevin's recommendations and a crew was assigned to complete the job. Our Foreman, Ryan, and his crew arrived at the property to begin production. First, the crew installed the PolyLevel underneath the sidewalk and the garage floor. Once the PolyLevel was installed, the crew shifted their focus to filling all the cracks and joints with the NexusPro Joint Sealant. When all the cracks and joints were filled, the crew could clean up their site and leave the home. The homeowners were appreciative of the excellent work completed by the crew.
