A homeowner in Brownton, MN, grew very concerned after they discovered standing water and discoloration on their foundation walls. Almost immediately the homeowner began looking for a solution. After doing an online search, the homeowner found our website. Our high reviews and ratings had caught their eye, so they did a deep dive into the waterproofing solutions that we offer. Impressed with our excellent work, the homeowner signed up for their FREE estimate on our website. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Ryan, to the home to begin the in-depth analysis of the basement. Once Ryan completed the estimate, he determined that the basement required waterproofing and foundation stabilization. The homeowner agreed with Ryan's recommendations and production commenced. Our Foreman, Jeromy, and his crew were assigned to complete the combination project. Following their arrival, Jeromy and his crew began making sure the basement was ready for the installation. The crew began by installing the WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement. Once the WaterGuard was installed, the crew installed and attached the SuperSump+ to the new WaterGuard system. Next, the crew shifted their focus to replacing the wood posts with SmartJacks. After all the basement products were installed, the crew attached the IceGuard to the outside discharge line. The crew put the basement back in order and left the home. The homeowner was relieved to know their basement was dry and secure. Our Foreman, Kiko Pena, and his crew started the installation by breaking out the concrete perimeter of the basement floor, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to prevent water clogs, acts as an underground drain, and collects water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team applied our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the basement wall perimeter, which is made to prevent mold and humidity build-up and is pliable enough to cover uneven surfaces and irregular walls, especially areas with large rock or deteriorations. Lastly, our team installed our SuperSump Plus M53 sump pump, which is made to keep basements clean and dry for long periods of time. To complete the project, Kiko and his crew covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Harvey and Georgia were thrilled with the work and had a great experience from start to finish!
