He explained that this dimpled matting gets laid down on the crawl space floor, giving the water flooding into the space a channel underneath a crawl space liner. The drainage matting directs water flooding the crawl space to a crawl space drain and sump system. Second, Ryan wanted to use our CleanSpace vapor barrier to seal off the space. Ryan informed the homeowner that CleanSpace is a 100% waterproof plastic vapor barrier that is perfect for crawl spaces. It's durable, washable, and anti-microbial.
