In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Nate B., arrived at the home to conduct a thorough inspection of the home. During the inspection, Nate took a close look at the concrete slabs and created a solution tailored to the homeowner's issue. He recommended lifting the concrete using PolyLevel, our elite foam expanding solution, and sealing the joints with NexusPro, our silicone-based sealant. After looking over the proposal, the homeowner happily agreed to the recommendations and decided to move forward with the project.

In about a month, our Foreman, Jordan S., and his crew arrived for the installation. Once the slabs had successfully been lifted and sealed, the crew cleaned up their equipment and left the home.

Lennie A. in Minnetonka, MN had an inward bowing wall in his storage building behind his home. He was concerned about the damage it was causing to the foundation. His realtor recommended that he call American Waterworks to help repair his foundation, so he gave us a call and scheduled a FREE estimate. Chad recommended that we install wall anchors on the bowing wall which would permanently stabilize and secure it. Our Foreman, Jesus Covarrubias, and his crew drilled the rods of the anchors through the brick wall, until the rods reached stable soil. Then, they placed plates on each end of the right and tightened them. In total, they installed 4 anchors along the wall. Lennie was pleased that he could see a dramatic change in the stability of the wall almost immediately. Our PolyLevel is a dense foam that cures concrete within minutes. Next, our crew applied 30 feet of our NexusPro to seal the cracks.
