Terri F. in West Concord, MN was planning on finishing his basement, but lacked the proper insulation. He contacted American Waterworks for a FREE estimate, and our Design Specialist, Dylan Woitas, presented him with our products and the best solution. Terri approved of Dylan's plan and scheduled the installation.
Our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his production crew were able to successfully insulate Terri’s basement by first installing our insulated spray foam. Then, they installed our Basement To Beautiful™ insulated wall panels. Basement To Beautiful™ wall panels are the superior choice for a dry, energy-efficient basement providing 24% more energy savings than conventional foam products and will never rot or support mold growth. Terri was pleased with the results of the project and can rest easy knowing that he chose a permanent solution to protect his home.
We were called out to West Concord, MN, by a homeowner who was experiencing his basement foundation caving in on itself, creating an unstable foundation. Our Design Specialist, Mac, went out to the property to see what could be done and recommended the customer invest in our PowerBrace system, which works to correct the crumbling foundation over a period of time, ensuring that the wall gets continuous support and reinforcement. Our Foreman, Lane, went out to the property and was able to install the braces in a timely fashion, easing the customer's mind knowing that his foundation was stable, and will remain so for a long time.
Rick from West Concord, MN got in contact with us when he began to notice that his basement wall was beginning to bow inward, showing signs of failing. He was afraid that if he left the issue unresolved, he would risk compromising the home's structural integrity. When he called in we set him up with a FREE estimate. Shortly after his appointment was scheduled, our Design Specialist, Mac, headed out to the property. Once he completed his walkthrough, he could make recommendations as to how we could help. Mac wanted to use our GeoLock Wall Anchors to correct the issue. He explained that this innovative system permanently stabilizes foundation walls by anchoring them to the hard-packed virgin soil beyond the foundation. He went on to say that the anchors can be tightened over time. Our customer agreed and work began shortly after.
Our Foreman, Hugo, and his crew installed 7 of our GeoLock anchors throughout the basement. When the work was done Rick was happy to know that his basement walls were no longer an issue.
A homeowner from West Concord, MN, got in touch with us when he realized that the concrete leading up to his front door was showing signs of sinking, slowly creating tiny trip hazards. The homeowner didn't want the issue to get worse; knowing that uneven concrete can be a hassle when shoveling or snow blowing. After doing research, he found our website. He decided to take advantage of our FREE estimates, and a few weeks later our Design Specialist, Will R, headed out to the home.
After Will completed his walkthrough, he informed the homeowner that he was right to contact us. Will informed him that sinking concrete is simpler and cheaper to fix right away rather than waiting. Will told him that we could fix the issue using our PolyLevel method. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when injected below concrete slabs, filling voids left by soil erosion, and slowly lifting the slabs back to their original place. The homeowner agreed with Will's recommendations and the work was scheduled to be completed a few weeks later.
On the day of the project, our Foreman, Troy, and his team made quick work of the installation. When the job was complete, the homeowner was thrilled to know he had saved himself a headache when the first snow falls!

A West Concord, MN, homeowner was down in his basement one night, when he saw tiny stair step cracks beginning to run down the wall. He was worried about what this could mean for the integrity of the home, and quickly decided to find a foundation repair mn specialist. After extensive google searching, he found American Waterworks. He recognized the name, and knew we did quality work, so he decided to schedule his FREE inspection.
A few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Ryan M, stopped out at the home. After a careful evaluation of the space, Ryan met back with the homeowner. He began by explaining that foundation walls are designed to withstand loads from above. When the pressure on the side of the walls becomes too much for the wall to withstand, it's not uncommon to experience cracking, bowing, or tilting inward at the top of the wall. Ryan went on to say that the situation could be resolved with the use of our GeoLock wall anchors. Ryan explained that wall anchors counteract soil pressure by anchoring walls to stable, undisturbed soil outside the home. Threaded rods are extended through the wall, and then the plates are tightened, slowly restoring the wall over time. The homeowner was thrilled with Ryan's solution, and the two decided to find a date for the installation.
A few weeks later, our Foreman, Victor S, and his crew installed 14 GeoLocks throughout the basement. Now the homeowner is thrilled to know that their foundation repair worries are in the past!
