A Hutchinson, MN, couple got in touch with us when they noticed that stair-step cracks were forming on their basement walls. Worried about what this could mean for the structural integrity of the home, they began the search for MN foundation repair companies. When they found our website, they decided to sign up for their FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Lance S, headed out to their home to evaluate the issues.
Once Lance completed his walkthrough, he informed the homeowners that American Waterworks could address the failing foundation with the help of our GeoLock wall anchors. Lance explained that this innovative wall anchor system will permanently stabilize your foundation wall by anchoring your walls to the hard-packed virgin soil beyond your foundation. He went on to say that after installation, wall anchors can often be tightened over time to further straighten your foundation walls and pull them back to their original position. The couple liked the sound of having a system that could be stabilized as time goes on, and decided to schedule the project for a month later.
On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Kevin M, and his team ended up installing 14 of our GeoLock anchors throughout the lower level of the home. Now our customers can rest easy knowing their foundation issues have been addressed!

A homeowner in Foley, MN, was walking into their home one evening when they tripped. After investigating their surroundings, the homeowner noticed that the sidewalk was overlapping. Unsure of what caused this issue, the homeowner decided to get a professional opinion. After hearing the positive reviews from friends, the homeowner decided to take a closer look at our previous work. Impressed by our past work, the homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of one of our Design Specialist, Kyle. After Kyle arrived, he greeted the homeowners and began his inspection of the sidewalk. Following his in-depth inspection, Kyle determined that the sidewalk was sinking due to soil settlement. To prevent the sidewalk from sinking further, Kyle recommended that it be lifted and leveled. After deliberating their options, the homeowner decided to follow Kyle's recommendations and the project preparations began. Our Foreman, Charlie, and his crew arrived at the home and began the project by installing the PolyLevel underneath the sinking concrete. Once the PolyLevel was properly installed, the crew shifted their focus to filling the several cracks and joints in the concrete. To fill these, the crew utilized the NexusPro Crack Sealant. Once all the cracks and joints were repaired, the crew cleaned up their site and left the home. The homeowners were pleased with the excellent work done by the crew. American Waterworks is happy to help our homeowners.
A homeowner in Foley, MN was tired of dealing with all of the bumps in his driveway every time his car drove over them. He figured this was because the concrete slabs had started to sink in different directions and knew the problems would only get worse if left alone, so he decided to take action and find a solution. The only company that stood out to him was American Waterworks because of our PolyLevel foam and FREE no-obligation estimates. He signed up for his own estimate and was later greeted by one of our Design Specialists. The Design Specialist had seen similar driveway problems in the past and knew just what to recommend. He explained to the homeowner that PolyLevel was indeed the best way to lift and level the slabs back up and also introduced NexusPro sealant as a way to improve the overall appearance of the driveway and the homeowner agreed. Our Foreman, Troy Johnson, and his crew went to the site and carefully installed both products and the homeowner was very happy with the results.
