A female homeowner of Saint Cloud, MN had a bowing foundation wall, causing her to worry about the structural stability of her home. She got in contact with American Waterworks and scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Chad. Chad went to the homeowner's house, carefully inspected her problems, and proposed our Wall Anchor System, which is designed to stabilize and straighten walls back to their natural positions. The homeowner was confident in the product and its warranty, so she went ahead with the project.

Our Foreman, Juan, and his crew installed two of our anchors to pull the foundation wall back to its natural position. A customer from St. Cloud, MN got in contact with us when they noticed a large crack beginning to form on their west basement wall  Our customers knew that they were experiencing wall failure, and were afraid that if they didn't fix the issue they would run the risk of complete failure and a more costly fix. When they called in we set them up with our FREE estimate, entitling them to a thorough inspection by one of our Design Specialists. After the appointment was set, our Design Specialist, Shane, headed out to the property to do a walk-through. Once he finished, he recommended how we could best fix the issue. Shane wanted to use our GeoLock Anchors to correct the issue. He explained to our customer that these anchors would be the best bet to permanently stabilize the foundation wall because it anchors the problem wall to the hard-packed virgin soil beyond the foundation. He went on to say that once the installation was complete, the anchors could be tightened over time to add further stability to the walls. Our customer agreed with Shane and renovations began shortly after. Our Production crew, led by our Foreman, Dylon, ended up installing 4 of our anchors on the problem basement wall with little hassle. 

When the work was completed our customer was happy to know that their foundation worries were in the past!

Deborah O. of Sauk Rapids, MN had a severe crack in her foundation, causing her to feel nervous about the structural support of her home. She came across our website online and did some research on our foundation repair products. She requested a FREE Estimate so our Design Specialist, Shane Nephew, went to her home to carefully inspect the wall and give her some options on what solutions we could offer. Shane answered all of Deborah's questions and she was confident in our GeoLock Wall Anchor System, so she went ahead and got an installation date scheduled. 

Our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his production team began the process by digging five holes outside of the home. From the inside of the basement, our team inserted a long, metal rod from the inside foundation to each hole outside beyond the home. Juan and his crew tightened and screwed on a GeoLock Wall Anchors to the ends of each rod. Once tightened and secured, the wall anchor system stabilizes foundation walls by anchoring the walls to the hard-packed soil. To complete the installation, our team backfilled the holes and replaced the soil. Deborah was thrilled with the work!

Jeff was confident in Eric's proposal of our SealantPro, PolyLevel, and NexusPro, so he signed the contract and set up a date for the installation. 

Our Foremen, Jake and Dylon, applied our SealantPro over the concrete surface, which is a special spray-protection that prevents any damage from dirt, water, or other earth contaminants. Next, our PolyLevel was injected, which is a unique foam that fills the voids underneath the concrete that are caused by soil erosion and stabilizes the concrete so it's level. Lastly, our crew applied our NexusPro over the concrete cracks, which prevents water from seeping underneath the concrete and it gives the concrete a very clean, neat finishing touch. Jeff was happy with the work that was done and loved the view of his new concrete from across the street!
