To waterproof her basement, we installed a full perimeter of WaterGuard which drains the water properly to the TripleSafe sump pump. We also installed Foamax wall insulation which creates a warmer, brighter basement while preventing wall condensation.

Peter, a homeowner in Saint Stephen, MN, was searching for solutions to his basement issues. With no sump pump in the home, combined with water entering the basement and cracking in his garage floor, he needed help. Reeny and Maureen of Eden Valley, MN had water leaking through the floor of their unfinished basement and they wanted to get it fixed before it became a bigger problem. They did some research on Google and came across American Waterworks and our basement waterproofing repairs. Our Foreman, Edgar Miranda, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our crew installed 64 feet of our WaterGuard Drainage System. Our WaterGuard is one of the most efficient waterproofing repair products. It acts as an underground drain, collects water from basement walls and prevents water clogs. To complete the project, Edgar and his team covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete.
