Roger G. of Hillman, MN had inward bowing walls in his garage, causing him to worry about the structural build and support of his home. He found American Waterworks on Google and messaged our Customer Care team through Podium. Our staff set him up with a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Chad Johnson. Chad went to his home to inspect his foundation walls and come up with a solution that fit his needs. Roger was confident in Chad's proposal of our PowerBrace Foundation Wall Repair System and its warranty, so he went ahead with the project and scheduled an installation date. 

Our Foreman, Matt Zeller, and his Co-Foreman, Patrick Burnes, installed 10 of our PowerBraces around the foundation wall perimeter of the garage. Our PowerBraces are made to stabilize failing basement walls and provide the potential to straighten them over time. Raquel in Bird Island, MN had water seeping through her block foundation in her basement. She started researching professional waterproofing contractors and found American Waterworks’ website. She was impressed with the projects we had completed and wanted to learn more about our waterproofing system, so she contacted us for a FREE estimate. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Shane Nephew, to her home to inspect her basement and provide her with a solution.

Our production crew started the installation by removing the perimeter of the concrete floor to create a trench for the WaterGuard drainage system. They installed the SuperSump sump pump in the corner of the basement and then laid the drainage system in the trench. The WaterGuard connects to the sump pump so water can properly exit the home. The installation only took a day to complete and she was pleased with the result. She is glad she chose to invest in the long-term protection of her basement!

A homeowner in Bird Island, MN, grew concerned regarding the large cracks in their foundation walls. Instead of ignoring the issue, the homeowner searched for a permanent solution to the issue. After comparing many foundation repair companies, the homeowners decided to work with American Waterworks. The homeowners called our Appointment Center and set up their FREE estimate. After the appointment details were finalized, Ryan, one of our Design Specialist, traveled to the home to begin his inspection. Following his detailed inspection, Ryan recommended to the homeowner that the wall be permanently stabilized. The homeowners understood the risk of not solving the issue, so they agreed with Ryan's suggestions. Ryan sent his plans to the assigned crew and production began. Our Foreman, Hugo, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the stabilization process. The crew installed fourteen Geo-Lock anchors on the south and east walls. After the Geo-Locks were properly installed, the crew moved on to installing five strips of CarbonArmor on the west wall. Once Hugo and the crew completed their job, they cleaned up the job site and left the home. The homeowners were impressed by the job done by the crew. From there, the water is pumped through the discharge line and expelled from the home.
