A female homeowner in Sauk Centre, MN had water leaking through her foundation walls into her basement, causing her to worry about the health conditions of living in her home. Our Design Specialist went to her home, inspected her basement, and provided a solution that fit her needs and budget. She felt confident with the proposal, so she went ahead and scheduled a date for her installation. 

Our Foreman and his crew began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter forming a trench. Our team installed our WaterGuard System in the trench, which prevents water clogs, collects water seepage from basement walls, and acts as an underground drain. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the entire wall perimeter. Our CleanSpace is made to prevent humidity and mold build-up, give the basement a neat and clean appearance, and cover any big holes or divots. Lastly, our team installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System. Our TripleSafe works together with the WaterGuard to pump water out of the basement efficiently and effectively. To complete the project, our Foreman and his crew covered the open floor gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over it. Marvin and Carroll B. of Steen, MN had water leaking into their unfinished basement. They heard about American Waterworks through word of mouth, so they contacted our company. Our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his production crew dug seven holes in the backyard and installed a long rod in each hole from the outside soil to the inside foundation wall. Our team installed our GeoLock Wall Anchors on each rod, made to stabilize and straighten the walls into their natural position. Juan and his team backfilled the holes and replaced the soil. Steve and Jane were thrilled with the outcome and their peace of mind was restored! 

Joy J. of Russell, MN had cracked foundation walls in her basement and one of her friends referred American Waterworks so she got on our list for a FREE Estimate. Our Design Specialist, Jeremy Girgen, went to her home to inspect the walls and come up with a solution. Jeremy answered all of her questions so she went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Jose Castillo, and his production team started the installation by digging five holes outside of the home and inserting a medal rod in each hole from the exterior soil to the interior foundation. Next, they screwed on and tightened one of our GeoLock Wall Anchors on the ends of each rod to stabilize and straighten the wall back into it's normal position. To complete the installation, Jose and his crew backfilled the holes and replaced the soil. Joy couldn't believe how quickly our crew completed the project!
