Cynthia A. of Hoffman, MN was having water issues in her basement, causing her to worry about the value of her home. Dylan went to Cynthia's house, carefully inspected her basement, and determined a plan that would work for her and her basement waterproofing needs. Cynthia got all of her questions answered and was confident in Dylan's proposal of our WaterGuard Below Floor Drain System, so she signed his contract.

Our Foreman, Cameron Phrakonekham, and his production crew started the installation by jackhammering out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. Inside the trench is where our crew installed our WaterGuard, which is designed to prevent water clogs and catch water leaking from basement walls, which leads to the sump pump. To complete the installation, our team filled the open-floor gaps with river rock and applied fresh, new concrete over them, leaving the basement looking nice and clean. Cynthia said she was very happy with the completed work and the crew was so caring and polite!

A homeowner in Hoffman, MN noticed that water was seeping between the footing and the wall and was concerned that it would cause permanent and long-term damage to his home. The homeowner decided to search for "leaking basement repair" and found our website. After browsing our website, the homeowner was impressed with our before and after photos and decided to contact us to schedule his FREE estimate. 

In a couple of weeks, our Design Specialist, James N., arrived at the home to assess the basement. As he was inspecting the basement, he noted the issues and created a proposal for the homeowner. He recommended installing our WaterGuard, a below-the-floor drain system that intercepts water around the perimeter of the basement and takes it to the sump pump, CleanSpace, a vapor wall barrier that prevents water from permeating the walls and takes water leaks to the drain system, TripleSafe, a sump pump system that comes with 3 levels of protection, IceGuard, a anti-freeze discharge line that allows water to escape in case the sump pump discharge pipes freeze, and Aprilaire Dehumidifier. After reviewing the proposal, the homeowner decided to move forward with the project.

In a couple of months, our Foreman, Franklin O., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. They installed 78ft of WaterGuard and CleanSpace. Then, they installed 2 IceGuards as well as the TripleSafe and Dehumidifier. Once they were done, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.

Josh from Henning, MN got in contact with us when he began to notice his foundation was showing signs of sinkage. Josh could see visible cracking and wanted to get ahead of the issue before it could create a bigger problem. After doing research about companies providing the services he needed, he came across our website. He called our office and we set him up with our FREE estimate. A few weeks later our Design Specialist, Kole, headed out to the property to complete his inspection. Once he finished his walkthrough, he informed Josh that he was experiencing sinkage because of the soil under his home. He recommended the use of our helical pier on the section of the sinking foundation. He explained that our helical piers are the ideal solution for the small section of the foundation. Josh agreed and work began shortly after. 

A few weeks later our Foreman, Cameron, and his crew were able to install 9 of our helical piers around the foundation of the home. When the job was complete Josh was happy to know his sinking foundation was a worry of the past.

 Our Foreman, Arturo, and his crew began the project by clearing debris and readying the spaces for installation. They then installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier to address water Issues. CleanSpace is a 100% waterproof plastic barrier installed right onto the problem walls and works to catch water entering the space through cracks and holes in the wall. This also reduces the home's chances of being exposed to radon. The crew also used spray foam to seal and waterproof the homeowner's crawl space. Our spray foam is designed to keep the heat inside and prevent cool air from coming in. A couple in Morris, MN, gave us a call when they began to notice a crack forming in their foundation wall, causing pooling water to become a problem in their basement. When they called in, we set them up with our FREE estimate, and our Design Specialist, Shane, was out at the property in no time. When he arrived, he did a thorough inspection of the issue and made his recommendations as to how we could best fit the situation. He recommended that we use our GeoLock wall anchors to address the failing wall. He explained that these anchors are the ideal solution as they anchor the problem wall to the hard-packed virgin soil beyond the foundation, keeping the wall stabilized for a long time to come. These anchors can be tightened over time to fit the foundation's needs as it continues to settle. Next, he wanted to use our CleanSpace to address the water entering the basement. He explained to the couple that this barrier works to trap water behind the taro-like material and drain it downwards to our WaterGuard system that lies beneath the concrete floor and drains water to the appropriate place like a sump pump or external line. The couple agreed and work began shortly after. Our Production crew, led by our Foreman, Jeromy, ended up installing 17 of our GeoLock anchors and wrapped the entire basement in our CleanSpace solution. When the work was complete, the couple was happy with the work we had done and were relieved to know their foundation worries were in the past!
