A homeowner in Brandon, MN, knew it was time to have their severely cracked driveway repaired. Knowing this was a larger project, the homeowner began looking into professional options near them. Unsure who to work with, the homeowner asked their local Facebook group for any suggestions and several members referred them to us, American Waterworks. Interested in learning more, the homeowner took a closer look at our website to see the services we offer. After seeing we offer NexusPro crack repair, the homeowner signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of Daniel, one of our Design Specialists. Daniel arrived at the home and introduced himself to the homeowner. After he completed the detailed inspection, Daniel was able to come up with a suggested action plan to fix the damaged sidewalk. Daniel presented the plan and after some deliberation, the homeowner agreed. The plans were sent back to the office for approval and then directed to the assigned crew. Our Foreman, Patrick, and his crew were sent to the home to begin the project. First, Patrick and his crew began by lifting the driveway with the PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. After installing the PolyLevel, the crew inserted the NexusPro in the cracks and joints of the driveway. After all the cracks and joints were filled, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was in awe of the excellent work completed by the crew. Our Foreman, Corey Tollefson, and his production team began the process by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System which is made to prevent water clogs, serve as an underground drain, and collect water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier which is made to prevent any mold or humidity build-up, cover any holes or divots, and give the space a neat and clean appearance. Lastly, Corey and his crew installed our SuperSump Plus M53 sump pump which is made to keep basements dry for long periods of time. To complete the project, our team covered the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over it. Carrie and Justin were very happy with the repairs and had a great experience from start to finish!
