A homeowner in Casselton, ND, was walking into their home one evening when they nearly tripped. Worried someone could get seriously injured, the homeowner began looking into professional repair options near them. After looking into "concrete repair Fargo", the homeowner's attention was caught by our services. The homeowner decided to take a closer look at the products we offer, like PolyLevel and NexusPro. Impressed with the work and products we use, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for one of our Design Specialists, Ian. As soon as he arrived at the home, Ian began his evaluation of the sidewalk. Ian completed his full walk-through of the concrete and found that the sidewalk and driveway apron needed to be lifted. After presenting his recommended proposal, the homeowner agreed with Ian's plan. After they got the green light, Ian passed off the plans to the office for approval. The office finalized the plans and sent them to the Foreman, Charlie. Soon after Charlie arrived, he began installing the PolyLevel underneath the sidewalk and garage apron. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam injection solution that instantly raises sunken concrete slabs. After the concrete was properly raised, the crew filled the cracks with the NexusPro Crack Repair, a silicone-based sealant. Once all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was relieved to know their driveway was properly raised and saved. A homeowner in Shelly, MN, noticed their sidewalk was cracked and separating. To prevent any safety hazards, the homeowner sought to repair the cracks. Once the appointment was set, we sent our Design Specialist, Ian, to inspect the state of the sidewalk. Ian completed the inspection of the sidewalk and was able to come up with a proposed solution, which the homeowners agreed to. Ian sent the proposed solution to the crew and repairs began. Our Foreman, Charlie, and his crew began by identifying any tripping hazards around the area. Once the tripping hazards were found, the crew injected PolyLevel to raise the foundation as close to the original height as possible. Since the crew did not raise all the concrete slabs, the affected slabs were raised as close as possible to the original. Then, NexusPro is filled into the cracks throughout the concrete slab. Beverly T. of Lisbon, ND wanted to change his basement windows to Egress Windows, so he decided to work with American Waterworks. Our Design Specialist, Ian, worked with Beverly on the proposal and solution. Beverly was confident in our Egress Windows and its warranty, so she went ahead with the product and got a date scheduled for the install.
Our Foreman, Ryan, and his production crew cut out the pre-existing window and replaced it with our Egress Window and RockWell Window Well. Our Egress Window is big enough to allow a safe exit out of the basement in case of an emergency and it allows for more natural light and fresh air. Our RockWell Window Well is a good alternative for ugly window wells and it can stand snow, rain, and other climate conditions. Beverly was excited about the work that was done!

Jordan and Cory H. of Thief River Falls, MN had water leaking into their basement and they wanted to invest in an interior drainage system. They called American Waterworks and set up a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Richie Noreen. Richie went to their home, inspected their basement, and came up with a solution. Jordan and Cory were confident in Richie's proposal of our WaterGuard Drainage System, so they went ahead with the project.
Our Foreman, Corey Tollefson, and his production team broke out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a drainage trench. In the trench, our team installed 115 feet of our WaterGuard Drainage System, which serves as an interior, underground drain, prevents water clogs, and collects water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team covered the open gaps with rock and applied new concrete on top of it.

Our Foreman, Ryan Loe, and his production team installed 24 of our PowerBraces throughout the basement. Our PowerBrace System is designed to stabilize failing basement walls and provide the potential to straighten them out over time. Since they are steel beams, they will stabilize the wall in its current position without any further adjustment.
