After a complete introduction, our team got to work. The first thing our crew did was drill small, 5/8" holes throughout the slab. Next, our crew installed injection ports over the holes to guide the PolyLevel underneath the concrete. Then, our team injected the PolyLevel through the holes to get underneath the slab and fill the voids to raise and level the slab surface. Next, the team used NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility and stand up to harsh weather conditions. Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, so it won't crack, bubble, or dry out. A local church in Emerado, ND, was completing annual inspections when they discovered their foundation was struggling. The crew shifted their focus to encapsulating the crawl space. First, the crew began by installing Draintile around the perimeter and interior foundation. Then, the crew installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump in the western corner of the crawl space. Next, the crew placed Drainage Matting on the floor and installed CleanSpace over top. Additionally, CleanSpace was installed on several columns and obstructions throughout the crawl space. Once the CleanSpace was installed, the crew installed Foamax on the perimeter walls and over the openings in the foundation. The crew successfully installed all the products throughout the crawl space, so they cleaned up their materials and left the home.
