A homeowner in Spiritwood, ND, was searching for a foundation repair company to restore a deteriorating wall in their basement. After seeing American Waterworks' wonderful foundation restoration work, the homeowner went to our website and signed up for our FREE estimate. Once their appointment was made, we sent our Design Specialist, Richie, to the home to inspect the state of deterioration. Following his detailed inspection, Richie determined that the wall was near failure, putting the home structure at risk. Richie suggested the homeowner repair that wall and install piers to further support the foundation. After understanding the high risks, the homeowners agreed to Richie's suggestions and the restoration began. Our Foreman and his crew began the foundation restoration by installing three Helical Piers under the footing wall to support the foundation. Once the Helical Piers were properly secured, the crew shifted their focus to the decaying wall. The crew began by installing the Geo-Lock Wall Anchors to support the foundation wall. After the wall was properly supported, the crew applied multiple layers of Shotlock onto the affected wall. The crew then smoothed and finished the surface to leave a flawless wall.
