A customer reached out to us with concerns about water entering their crawl space beneath their house. Our Service Technician determined the best fix was to install our CleanSpace waterproofing solution. This solution works to seal off your crawl space so you can avoid a variety of issues such as pests, mold, moisture, and potentially ruined fiberglass insulation. 

Our Foreman, Dylon, went out to the property for the installation and now the homeowners can enjoy this upcoming Spring without concerns of water in their crawl space.

Tiffany S. in Winona, MN was suffering from a wet basement. Her basement was humid, and the water had created a musty smell that spread through her entire house. She was concerned about the air quality, and the damage that the water was causing to her home, so she contacted us for a FREE estimate. We quickly sent our Design Specialist, Rick Weber, to her home so that he could inspect the situation and provide her with a solution. Rick developed a thorough waterproofing plan, specifically designed for her needs. She was pleased with the proposal, so she scheduled the installation.

Our Foreman, Hugo Sanchez, and his crew installed a full perimeter of our WaterGuard drainage system to drain the water to the TripleSafe sump pump. Then, they installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier to protect the walls from moisture and potential mold growth. Lastly, they sprayed the rim joists with our spray foam insulation to protect from water seeping in and to make it an energy efficient space. The installation only took a couple of days, but our waterproofing system is guaranteed for a lifetime, so Tiffany will benefit from her waterproofing system for many years to come.

Our Foreman, Kiko, and his production team began the project by breaking out the entire wall perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Below-Drain System. Our WaterGuard prevents water and mud clogs, serves as an underground drain, and catches water seepage from basement walls so it does not flood the floor. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System around the wall perimeter. Our CleanSpace acts as an extra wall protectant by covering any holes or divots and preventing any further mold or humidity build-up. It also gives the basement a neat and clean appearance. To finish the project, Kiko and his team covered the open gaps with river rock and pea gravel and applied new concrete over them.
