Our Foreman, Cole Brinkman, and the production crew got to work. They started the installation by removing the concrete and laying 119 feet of the WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter of the basement. Then, they installed the sump pump and our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the walls. The drainage system now properly guides water to the sump pump, and from there the water is pushed through the discharge line and expelled from the home. Beverly also had a SaniDry XP Dehumidifer installed to ensure her basement was protected from excess moisture. The SaniDry XP removes up to 109 liters of water per day and is more powerful and energy efficient than ever! Beverly is glad she made the investment to protect her home.

The WaterGuard drainage system directs any water seeping in to the sump pump. Once the water reaches the sump pump, it is then pumped through the discharge line and expelled to the outside of the home. This system is ideal for managing difficult iron water problems. The wide-open design of the drain helps it resist clogs, while a removable lid allows for easy access and maintenance. Next, our production team installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter. Our CleanSpace is made to prevent mold and humidity, cover any holes or divots, and provide the space with a neat and clean appearance. To complete the installation, our team covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Patricia was very thankful we were able to help serve her and her home repair needs!
