Heather C. Of Durand, WI had water leaking from the walls of her basement, causing her to worry about water moisture and mold build-up. She called our office line and scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Dustin. Dustin went to her home, carefully inspected her problems, and drew up a solution that worked for her needs and budget. Heather got all of her questions answered and was confident in Dustin's proposal, so he went ahead with the project and scheduled a date for the installation. 

Our Foreman, Raul, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Drainage System, which is made to prevent water and mud clogs, collect all water seepage from basement walls, and serve as an underground drain in coordination with the sump pump. Next, Raul and his team installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the basement wall perimeter, which is made to prevent mold and mildew and gives the basement a clean and neat appearance. To complete the project, our team covered the open floor gaps with pea gravel and applied new gravel over them. Heather was happy with the work that was completed and had a great experience!

A landlord in Rockford, IA, noticed the walkways to their apartments were beginning to sink. Worried this could become a tripping hazard, the homeowner began looking to concrete repair closest to them. Hoping to avoid concrete replacement, the landlord looked into alternative concrete repair options. To stop the sinking from continuing, Romeo recommended lifting the sidewalk with PolyLevel and replacing the joints. Once the project was finalized, it was assigned to our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew. After Dylon and his crew received the plans, they traveled to Rockford and began the PolyLevel installation. PolyLevel is our polyurethane foam injection solution. Once the walkways were lifted, Dylon and his crew shifted their focus to replacing the joints at the end of the walkways. Dylon and his crew completed the lift, so they cleaned up their materials and left the home. The landlord was relieved to know their walkways were no longer trip hazards. Carrie S. in Elgin, MN had a sunken front stoop that was sloping downwards towards her house and one of the steps had sunk a couple of inches. Don assured that her that we could level and raise her stoop using our PolyLevel foam injection. She was pleased to learn that our concrete repair solution is durable, faster and more affordable than traditional concrete repair, so she went ahead with the installation.

One of our PolyLevel experts, Jared Wroblewski, drilled penny-sized holes into her concrete stoop where it needed to be raised. He then injected the PolyLevel foam until the concrete was raised and leveled. Lastly, he filled the cracks in the concrete with our Nexus Pro sealant. The process was non-invasive, and it only took a couple of hours. Now Carrie will be able to enjoy a level stoop for years to come!
