Our Design Specialist, Shane, went to their home, carefully inspected their sinking home, and determined the solution of our Helical Piers. Jerry and Rita got all of their questions answered and were confident in the proposal, so they scheduled a date for the install.

A homeowner in Hancock, MN, noticed the concrete around their home was quite uneven. Unsure of the cause, the homeowner knew they needed to find a professional who could provide them with the proper solution. After looking into "concrete leveling services near me", one of the first companies to grab their attention was us, American Waterworks. Impressed with our work, the homewoner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist. Once the Design Specialist arrived, they began the thorough inspection of the exterior concrete. During the inspection, the Design Specialist confirmed that several areas were sinking and needed to be lifted back to their original position. Knowing this was the best course of action, the homeowner decided to proceed with the recommended installation. Next, the homeowner worked with the Design Specialist to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Charlie, traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Charlie and his crew began by inserting PolyLevel below the sinking slabs. Once the PolyLevel was installed, the crew shifted to filling the joints and cracks with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. American Waterworks is happy to repair its customers' damaged concrete. 

Creamery-Feed Mill, Springfield Coop in Springfield, MN had failing foundation walls that needed to be stabilized. After seeing American Waterworks at their local home show, their management scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Jeremy Radtke. Jeremy went to their company to inspect the problem and come up with a solution. After a thorough examination, they were confident in Jeremy's proposal, so they went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Rene Hernandez, and his production team installed eight of our PowerBraces to repair the failing walls. Our PowerBraces are designed to straighten walls and can be tightened by the homeowner overtime to make sure the walls are staying straight. They also provide dark rooms with a neat, clean appearance. Management was thrilled with the work and had a great experience from start to finish! 

American Waterworks had the pleasure of meeting this homeowner at Farm Fest in Redwood Falls, MN.  The client experienced a wall that was bowing into their basement.  American Waterworks provided a wall anchoring system to stabilize the wall and with time, straighten it.

Richard K. in Redwood Falls, MN had a cracked and bowing foundation and water seeping into his basement. Our Foreman, Jose Castillo, and his production crew were able to permanently stabilize the damaged walls by installing 6 Geo-Lock Wall Anchors along the foundation, which immediately halted the deterioration and began to straighten the walls. Next, the crew installed a full perimeter WaterGuard drainage system and our recommended TripleSafe sump pump. These products work together to ensure Richard’s basement is solid and dry! Richard was pleased with the process and glad he made the investment to protect his home.
