Hoping to avoid concrete replacement, the landlord looked into alternative concrete repair options. After researching "concrete repair near Rockford, IA", the landlord came across our impressive concrete before and after photo albums. Impressed with our work, the landlord knew we were the best option for their situation. The landlord called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the landlord awaited the arrival of Romeo, one of our Design Specialists. Once Romeo arrived at the apartment, he began his detailed inspection of all the apartments walkway. During his inspection, Romeo discovered the walkways were sinking into the ground. To stop the sinking from continuing, Romeo recommended lifting the sidewalk with PolyLevel and replacing the joints. Hoping to solve this issue permanently, the landlord agreed with Romeo's recommendations. Romeo sent the plans to our Logistics team to build and schedule the project. Once the project was finalized, it was assigned to our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew. After Dylon and his crew received the plans, they traveled to Rockford and began the PolyLevel installation. PolyLevel is our polyurethane foam injection solution. Once the walkways were lifted, Dylon and his crew shifted their focus to replacing the joints at the end of the walkways. A homeowner in Rockford, IA, knew it was almost time for their annual service appointment. To confirm their appointment, the homeowner contacted our Service team. Our service team confirmed the appointment and shared that one of our Service Technicians, Braden, would be attending the appointment. A few weeks later, the appointment date arrived and Braden traveled to the home to begin. During his inspection, Braden checked to make sure all of the products were working correctly. While inspecting the crawl space, he noticed signs of water intrusion. To prevent the water intrusion from continuing, he recommended installing CleanSpace throughout the crawl space. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner decided to go ahead with his proposal. Next, Braden passed the proposal to our Logistics team to approve and finalized the plans. Our Logistics team gave the final stamp of approval, then scheduled the project for the following weeks. Once the project date arrived, our Foreman, Matt, and his crew traveled to the home to encapsulate the crawl space. First, Matt and his crew installed Drainage Matting on the floors. Once the Drainage Matting was secured, they shifted their focus to installing CleanSpace on top of the Drainage Matting. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was impressed with the excellent work completed by the crew. American Waterworks is happy to repair its customers' damaged crawl spaces.
