Carole K. of Bloomer, WI had water leaking into her basement and she wanted to get it repaired by a professional. She found our website and scrolled through it to see what we had to offer. She decided to schedule a FREE estimate so she met with our Design Specialist, Chad, and they were able to come up with a solution that fit her needs.
Our Foreman, Juan, and his crew broke out the concrete around her pre-existing sump pump and replaced it with our SuperSump Plus M53, which is designed to discharge water out of the home by staying away from the foundation. To complete the project, our crew filled the open gaps with river rock and applied a new layer of concrete over it.
Carole was happy with the work and would recommend American Waterworks to those who are in need of basement waterproofing!
A homeowner in Bloomer, WI, noticed their walls were beginning to bow inwards. Concerned about the long-term effects, the homeowner knew they needed to find a permanent solution and fast. Unsure who to work with, the homeowner began looking into “bowing foundation repair near Bloomer, WI”. One of the first companies to catch their eye was us, American Waterworks. Impressed with our stellar ratings and reviews, the homeowner knew we were the best fit for their project. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Chuck, to the home to take a closer look. During his inspection, Chuck found that the walls were showing early signs of wall failure. To stop the wall failure from continuing, Chuck recommended installing GeoLock Wall Anchors along the wall. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner decided to go ahead with Chuck’s recommendations. Next, Chuck passed the plans along to our logistics team for approval and building. Our logistics team has scheduled the project for next month. Our Foreman, Lane, and his crew were assigned to complete the project. Lane and his crew traveled to the home to begin the GeoLock Wall Anchor installation. The crew arrived and prepared the walls for the installation. After the walls were ready, the crew went ahead and installed the GeoLock Wall Anchors. Once the GeoLock Wall Anchors were secured, Lane and his crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was impressed with the excellent work completed by the crew. American Waterworks is delighted to provide their homeowner’s peace of mind.
Roger D. in Adams, MN had a driveway that sunk 2-3 below the concrete garage floor. He was frustrated with the trip hazard it created, and the large bump they experienced every time they drove in and out of their garage. He saw a commercial for American Waterworks on the television and saw that we offer concrete repair. He gave us a call to receive a free estimate, so we sent a Design Specialist to his home to inspect his concrete and provide him with a solution. Roger was pleased with the design we presented him with, so he scheduled a date for the concrete repair.
One of our PolyLevel experts, Jared Wroblewski, drilled small holes into the concrete slabs where they needed to be raised. Then, he injection our PolyLevel foam into the holes until the concrete was raised to be level with the garage floor. Once the concrete was level, he filled back the holes he drilled with concrete and filled the cracks in the concrete with our Nexus Pro sealant. He also did this process with Roger’s sidewalk. Roger was very pleased with the final outcome and he will now be able to enjoy beautiful, level concrete.

Dorothy, from Adams, MN was worried about the moisture and humidity in her home and wanted a more functional, dry basement space. She wasn't sure of the best approach to take to make this happen, so she called our team! We set her up with our FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, we headed out to her property to complete our inspection. Once our Design Specialist finished the walkthrough, he showed Dorothy why she needed a better way to filter the moisture and keep it outside her walls. Dorothy was confident in the proposal and got all of her questions answered, so she signed the contract and set up a date for the installation.
Our Crew, lead by our Foreman, Juan, installed our WaterGuard System. Our WaterGuard collects water leakage from basement walls, serves as an underground drain, and prevents water and mud clogs by staying out of the mud zone. Our crew then installed our CleanSpace Wall System, which prevents mold and humidity, acts as an extra wall protectant, and covers uneven surfaces. Lastly, Juan and his crew installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which provides two pumps and a battery back-up, comes with three layers of water protection, and will pump 11,500 gallons or more on a fully charged battery. To round out the installation, our team filled the old sump pump space with rock, applied new concrete, and ensured the space was left clean, dry, and ready for Dorothy! Dorothy was very pleased with the work and was happy to know she no longer had to worry about basement waterproofing problems.
