They are great. They did a fantastic job. It was a very hot day and I'm sure the install team wanted to get it done as soon as possible before the heat got too bad so I understand. The price I paid was reasonable. I was on the fence on whether I was going to do the radon install on my own or not, so I had a number in my head and they were under that number so I paid that day. American Waterworks exceeded my expectations for this install. I will absolutely have them back and will not waste my time calling anywhere else. This is the place from start to finish. There was never any pressure to do more than I wanted to. Brian came to my house, gave me the estimate, and he, in my opinion, was the best non-sales salesman ever. Never did he push anything, which is great. Then, Geno and his partner showed up to do the install and answered any questions I had. They were very patient with my one million questions. Katie followed up with me after the installation. I only wish I could tell more people about this place. Thank you! 

The foreman, Brandon, was amazing at explaining why American Waterworks could help us! And he explained the differences between what your company would do for us and mud jacking. That was the tipping point to choose American Waterworks! We had water in the concrete block as well as hollow spots under the slab and all is fixed! YAY!

The installation process for our project was very good. The guys worked hard all day! A system was displayed so each of them knew what to do and they all pursued it to the finish. Their foreman performed great work. He was well-mannered, neat, and respectful. 

We were very impressed with the work ethic of the two men who installed our system. Our basement is now dry!

We purchased a home with an American Waterworks Basement System with dual sump pumps in November. We scheduled an annual service visit in January in order to learn about the system and make sure everything was functioning correctly. Then, one of the sump pumps went out (at the age of 21 years) this week. For both service calls, the technicians, Darin, in January, and Mitch, in March, were professional, extremely knowledgeable, very personable, and efficient. They truly went above and beyond to teach us about the system and provide us with helpful tips and pointers. We could not be happier with the service we have received from American Waterworks! 

Crew was very courteous and had good work ethic. Very impressed with the difference it made. Expected to see some improvement, but this went beyond our expectations.

Sheri Gibson of Roberts, Wisconsin chose to have American Waterworks do Waterproofing work on their home because of the statements she has heard from previous customers, along with the quality of work ethic and products. She thought the office staff was outstanding, and she said our Design Specialist, Shane Nephew, spent five hours with her helping to solve her current problems. The crew greeted me with confident handshakes and introductions which isn't always common in the trades. Trevor Ellingson and his crew of only one-but between the two of them they work like five- work extremely well together and are fast and efficient. As the slabs were being raised, Trevor explained what he was watching for and how the slab needed to be raised to prevent cracking or breaking. They kept everything clean and neat by picking up as they worked but never stopped working as they cleaned up. Hard working guys!!! They represent your services with pride and hard work. Well done!

The knowledge of our Design Specialist, his ability to answer our questions, and the quote he made was very thorough. He provided excellent customer service! The interaction we had with the office staff was minimal but good. We liked the email and the phone messages we received as reminders of upcoming dates and details. Jose and his crew were awesome! They kept us informed and they worked their butts off to get the job done on time!  Overall, we had an excellent experience! We appreciate all the hard work and time spent on our project! 

I chose to work with American Waterworks for our concrete project because they used the polymer foam and the holes are much smaller compared to mudjacking. The office staff was always professional, the design specialist was a nice guy, and the installation crew guys were great, hardworking, and worked through the rain. I could tell they wanted my driveway perfect! The caulking makes my driveway look really sharp! I was actually a bit surprised that it looked that great! Thank you! 

Eric was probably one of the better more competent representatives I have had the pleasure of working with. He explained everything thoroughly and in a way that made sense to me. I appreciated his "no pressure" delivery and attitude. that's hard to find these days. I feel confident in American Waterworks after dealing with Eric.

We were very pleased with the work they did. Our driveway and patio were "sinking" and needed help. They look great now!
