Our Foreman, Ryan Loe, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming in a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to prevent water clogs, serve as an underground drain in connection with the sump pump, and collect water leakage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter. Our CleanSpace is made to prevent mold and humidity, guide the leaking water into the WaterGuard, and give the basement a neat and clean appearance.
