Our Design Specialist, Ian, worked with Beverly on the proposal and solution. Beverly was confident in our Egress Windows and its warranty, so she went ahead with the product and got a date scheduled for the install. 

Our Foreman, Ryan, and his production crew cut out the pre-existing window and replaced it with our Egress Window and RockWell Window Well. Our Egress Window is big enough to allow a safe exit out of the basement in case of an emergency and it allows for more natural light and fresh air. Our RockWell Window Well is a good alternative for ugly window wells and it can stand snow, rain, and other climate conditions. Beverly was excited about the work that was done!

Jordan and Cory H. of Thief River Falls, MN had water leaking into their basement and they wanted to invest in an interior drainage system. In the trench, our team installed 115 feet of our WaterGuard Drainage System, which serves as an interior, underground drain, prevents water clogs, and collects water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team covered the open gaps with rock and applied new concrete on top of it.

Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter. Our CleanSpace is made to prevent mold and humidity, guide the leaking water into the WaterGuard, and give the basement a neat and clean appearance. To finish the installation, Ryan and his team filled the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over it. After a thorough introduction, Austin and Charlie began the installation by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Drainage System, which as an underground drain alternative, collects water leaking from basement walls, and protects the home from water or mud clogs. Next, our team installed our SuperSump Plus M53 in the corner of the basement, which works collaboratively with our WaterGuard and keeps the basement clean and dry, especially during harsh weather conditions. To complete the project, Austin and Charlie filled the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over them, ensuring the basement was cleaner than when they found it.

Next, our team installed our DryTrak Baseboard Basement Drain Pipe. Our DryTrak is specifically made for floors that are poured as just one piece; the floor itself and the footing. For this system, no jackhammering is needed, it stays above the mud zone, and it collects water seepage from basement walls.
