We sent one of our Design Specialists, Rick Weber, to his home to inspect his basement and design a solution. Rick worked closely with Patrick to create the right waterproofing plan for his home. Our Foreman, Matt Zeller, and his crew installed 127 feet of our WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter of the basement. Then, they installed a SuperSump sump pump. The drainage system now properly guides water to the sump pump and from there, the sump pump pushes the water through the discharge line and expels it from the home. Inside the trench, our crew installed our WaterGuard Below Floor Drain, which is an interior drainage system that prevents mud clogs and collects water seepage from basement walls. Next, our crew installed our ZenWall Insulated Panels around the entire basement wall perimeter, which gives the basement a finished look benefits your home by adding insulation and creating a heat-reflective vapor barrier on the walls. To complete the project, our crew filled the open gaps with river rock and applied a new layer of concrete over them.

These window wells provide rigid construction that doesn't collapse from the backfill or allow water to leak through the well walls. to complete the installation, our team backfilled the soil around the egress, ensuring that their working space was neater than when they found it. Toni and Bonnie were thrilled with the completion and their peace of mind was restored!
