Rick went to her home, carefully inspected her problems, and drew out the solution of our WaterGuard Drainage System, which serves as an underground drain. Holly was confident in Rick's proposal, so he went ahead with the project and scheduled a date for the installation. 

Our Foreman, Tremaine, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard. Not only does it serve as an underground drain, but it also collects water leaking from basement walls and prevents water or mud clogs during harsh weather conditions. To complete the installation, our team filled the open gaps with pea gravel and applied new concrete over them, ensuring that the basement was cleaner than when they found it. A homeowner in Spring Valley, MN, noticed water stains on their basement floor. Unsure where the water was coming from, the homeowner wanted an expert to inspect their basement. After asking their neighborhood Facebook group, the homeowner saw several members recommended working with us. The homeowner went to our website to inspect the work we do and they were impressed with our services. Since they were already on the website, they signed up for their FREE estimate.
