Our Foreman, Austin Lucas, and his production crew installed 112 feet of our WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter of the basement, and our recommended TripleSafe sump pump in the corner. Water is now properly guided through the WaterGuard to the sump pump, and from there, it is expelled from the home. Chad P. of McIntosh, MN had two problems in his basement that both needed repairs right away. His foundation wall was cracking, and water was leaking into his basement from the cracks. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter, which prevents mold, mildew, and humidity, it guides the water into the WaterGuard System, and it gives the space a neat and clean appearance. Lastly, Corey and his crew installed seven of our PowerBraces around the wall perimeter, which is a patented wall repair system that is designed to stabilize failing basement walls and provide the potential to straighten the wall over time. To complete the installation, our crew covered the open floor gaps with river rock, applied new concrete over it, and did a final walkthrough with Chad to make sure he was happy with the outcome, which he was!
