Because the CleanSpace runs into the WaterGuard, it collects water entering from the wall, and small porous cracks or holes in the floor, giving the water a channel to flow to the appropriate disposal site. Derek noticed the lack of drainage from the basement itself and urged the homeowner to add one because of the large amount of water entering the space. Derek recommended our SuperSump sump pump, an effective and economical solution. Several weeks later, our Design Specialist, Dustin A, was headed out to the home. When Ryan finished his estimate appointment, he met with the homeowner. He began by commending the homeowner for taking action on her space. Next, our crew broke out half the wall perimeter and broke out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench.
