A homeowner from Mankato, MN, was growing increasingly frustrated with her outdated sump pump. Each time it rained, the sump pump had trouble keeping up with the amount of water entering the home, which led to water overflowing the sump, leaving excess water to stand on the basement floor. The homeowner was concerned about what this could mean for her basement, so she began to look for interior waterproofing MN. When she found our website, she signed up for her FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, Nate B, one of our Design Specialists, headed out to the home to see what could be done.
Once Nate concluded his inspection of the basement, he recommended that the homeowner upgrade her old sump pump. Nate wanted to specifically use our SuperSump sump pump. Nate explained that the SuperSump is an effective and more economical solution to keep the basement dry. It's engineered to help keep the basement dry and healthy for extended periods of time, even in times of heavy water intrusion. The SuperSump® includes a powerful Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower cast-iron sump pump, capable of pumping 2,220 gallons of water per hour at an 8-foot head out of your basement. The homeowner was thrilled that Nate had provided a fix for her basement and scheduled the installation for several weeks later.
On the day of the project, our Foreman, Arturo, and his team were able to place the SuperSump without any issues. Now our customer can breathe a bit easier knowing that her sump pump was now equipped to handle large influxes of water.

A homeowner in Chanhassen, MN, wanted to give their crawl space a proper renovation. Knowing it would be best to let a professional handle it, the homeowner looked for the company best fit. After coming across our social media, the homeowner saw the impressive before and afters we have completed. The homeowner contacted our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. After the estimate details were set, we sent out one of our Design Specialist, Ryan, to investigate the status of the crawl space. After considering their options, the homeowner decided to go with one of Ryan's solutions. Ryan sent the solution to the crew and they began preparations.
Our Foreman, Brandon, and his crew arrived at the home and began the project. First, the crew removed all the debris and existing insulation from the crawl space. Then, the injected sprayfoam in the joist pockets in the crawl space. Once the area was clear, the crew could lay the Drainage Matting on the crawl space floor. After the Drainage Matting was secured, the crew installed CleanSpace on the crawl space walls and floor. To complete the job, the crew installed Foamax on the outside of the crawl space walls. The homeowners were delighted with the crawl space transformation. American Waterworks is happy to help another customer's wishes come true.
