Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

A homeowner from Westbrook, MN, was down in her basement one day when she noticed a steady stream of water coming through the baseboard of her unfinished basement. She was worried that the leak could be an indicator of a larger issue and decided to find an interior basement waterproofing company in her area. Through a recommendation, she contacted American Waterworks and signed up for her FREE estimate. 

Several weeks later, our Design Specialist, Eric H, was headed out to the home. Eric diligently completed his inspection and then met with the homeowner to deliver his recommendations. Eric began by saying that the homeowner was correct to call us, stating that water intrusion issues only worsen with time, creating bigger messes and higher costs. Eric stated that the problem could be fixed with the installation of our WaterGuard and our SuperSump plus sump pump. Beginning with the WaterGuard, Eric explained that this product is a unique French drain that gets installed below the basement floor, but atop the footing of the foundation, keeping it out of the 'mud zone' where similar drains tend to clog.
