Kathy M. of Boyd, WI had a sunken concrete stoop on her front porch, and she wanted to get it repaired rather than fully replaced. She saw an American Waterworks ad in her phone book, so she called our office line and set up a FREE Estimate. Our concrete Design Specialist went to her home, inspected her porch, and came up with the right solution to solve her problem. She was confident with the proposal, so she got an installation date scheduled.
Our concrete Foreman and his crew member injected 64 pounds of our PolyLevel to raise the stoop about 3 inches. Our PolyLevel is a high-density foam that fills the voids underneath the concrete and stabilizes the surface. Our PolyLevel is the best of the best because it is not messy, it cures the concrete within 15 minutes after injected, it is adjustable for loads of all sizes, and it provides an accurate lift with clean results. Kathy was very happy and grateful we were able to help her!
A homeowner in Lime Springs, IA, was concerned with the large cracks found on their garage floor. Since they store heavy-duty equipment, the homeowner knew they needed to have this issue resolved. The homeowner wanted to find a concrete repair company near them, so they asked some friends and family if they had any suggestions. The majority of them recommended the homeowner to us, American Waterwork. Interested in our company, the homeowner took a closer look at what our company had to offer. Impressed by our concrete repair services, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of Michel, one of our Design Specialists. Soon after Michel arrived, he began investigating the garage floor. Following his thorough investigation, Michel determined that the cause of the cracks was the concrete sinking. To stop the sinking, Michel recommended lifting and leveling the garage floor. The homeowner agreed with Michel's recommendations and production commenced. Our Foreman, Brandon, arrived at the home to begin repairs. First, Brandon lifted the sinking sections of concrete using the PolyLevel. Once the concrete slabs were raised, Brandon filled the large cracks using the NexusPro Crack Repair. Once the cracks were repaired, Brandon could clean up his materials and leave the home. American Waterworks is happy to assist another customer.
Don in Nashua, IA contacted us regarding a concrete issue at his business. He had two large garage doors on each end of his shop, and the concrete slabs right outside the garage doors had sunken and caused a trip hazard. We sent a Design Specialist out to his shop to inspect the concrete and provide him with a FREE estimate.
Don was impressed with our PolyLevel concrete repair solution, so he chose to move forward with the project. Our concrete repair experts drilled small holes into the concrete slabs and injected the polymer foam. Once the slabs were completely raised, they filled back the holes with concrete and sealed the cracks with our NexusPro sealant. The sealant protects the concrete and gives it a nice, finished look. Don was thrilled with the results and is glad he chose American Waterworks to repair his concrete!

Kevin E. in Cochrane, WI realized that after the seasons changed from winter to spring, his driveway had begun to sink. Which was causing an uneven surface from the driveway to his garage. He stopped by the American Waterworks booth at a local home show and spoke with our Design Specialist, Mac Cole, about the problem he was having with his concrete. Mac explained our PolyLevel foam injection solution and set up a time to come to his home and do a FREE estimate. Mac developed a plan to inject PolyLevel into multiple areas of the concrete to raise the driveway to be level with the garage.
Our Foreman, Brandon Wiskow, completed the PolyLevel injection in a couple of hours. Kevin was able to see the transformation right away because our PolyLevel foam only takes about 30 minutes to cure after it is injected. Kevin was pleased that this option was more affordable and faster than traditional concrete repair, all while still being a durable solution.
