An Eau Claire, WI, homeowner was preparing his home for its eventual sale. Part of his "to-do" checklist was correcting his uneven driveway. Several of the slabs had sunken over the years, creating trip hazards. He knew that uneven concrete could lower the resale value of the home, so he decided to search for a MN concrete repair company. Eventually, he found our website and claimed his FREE estimate, and several weeks later, our Design Specialist headed out to the home.
Upon completion of his inspection, our Design Specialist met with the homeowner to deliver his recommendations. He informed the homeowner that we could address the issue using our PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected below uneven concrete slabs. It works to fill the voids left by soil erosion, and in the process, it slowly lifts the uneven slabs back to their desired location. Our Design Specialist was also recommending our NexusPro sealant. This silicone-based product gets installed after the lift is completed, and gets applied to the cracks and joints in the concrete to prevent water from penetrating the slab and getting to the vulnerable soil below. The homeowner liked the non-invasive plan and scheduled the lift to be completed several weeks later.
On the day of the project, our Foreman, Sam, and his team completed the lift and level with no complications. Now, our customer can confidently resell his home knowing his driveway is in tip-top shape!

Dan K. in Eau Claire, WI was dealing with cracked and sunken concrete on his driveway, causing multiple trip hazards. After researching concrete repair options, he was curious to learn more about our PolyLevel concrete repair solution, so he contacted us for a FREE estimate. One of our Design Specialists, Brian Ramirez, went onsite to inspect his concrete and design the right plan to restore his driveway. Dan was pleased to learn that our PolyLevel foam injection is faster, less invasive, durable and more affordable than traditional mudjacking, so he chose to move forward with the project.
Our concrete repair experts drilled small holes into the concrete slabs for the foam to be injected. As the foam was injected, it expanded and filled voids beneath the concrete, which causes the slabs to raise. They injected the foam until the slabs had been raised to create a safe and level surface. Then, they sealed the cracks in the concrete with our NexusPro joint sealant to protect the concrete and give it a nice, finished look. The entire process only took half a day to complete, and now Dan and his family can enjoy a beautiful driveway without the worry of a trip hazard for years to come!

A homeowner in Cornell, WI, noticed their sidewalk drastically worsening over time. Although they knew they needed a solution, they wanted to avoid replacing the entire sidewalk. While watching television one evening, the homeowner noticed one of our commercials and they decided to look into our company further. After seeing that we offer concrete lifting and leveling services, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the FREE estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of Chuck, one of our Design Specialists. Soon after Chuck arrived, he greeted the homeowner and began investigating the status of the sidewalk. Chuck determined that the sidewalk was sinking due to soil settlement. To stop the sidewalk from further damage, Chuck suggested that the entire sidewalk be lifted, leveled and joints sealed. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner agreed with Chuck's suggestions. As soon as they were approved, the plans were directed to our Foreman, Jacob, and his crew to begin production. When the crew arrived, they began by inserting the PolyLevel underneath the sidewalk. Once the entire sidewalk was lifted and leveled, the crew filled the joints with the NexusPro Joint Sealant. Once the sidewalk was lifted and repaired, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was pleased with the work completed by the crew.
