Cracked Garage Floor Gets Fixed in Rochester, MN

A Rochester, MN, homeowner was out in his unattached garage when he noticed a large crack running from one side to the other. He was concerned about what this could mean, so he searched for Rochester concrete repair. After scouring the internet for local companies, he found our website and was impressed with our concrete repair before and after pictures. Ross took his time completing his inspection, and when he completed it, he met with the homeowner to deliver his recommendations. PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath sunken surfaces. PolyLevel Lifts and Restores Concrete in Rochester, MN

Kerry I. in Rochester, MN contacted American Waterworks after being referred to us by a previous customer. Her driveway was sinking, and she had some cracks in the concrete that she wanted sealed. We sent one of our Design Specialists to evaluate the concrete and propose our PolyLevel concrete repair system. Kerry was impressed with our products and moved forward with the project. 

Our Foreman, Troy Johnson, and Co-Foreman, Chris Schomaker, drilled small holes throughout the concrete slabs that needed to be raised. Next, they injected the foam into the holes until the slabs were raised back to their original position. They covered up the holes with concrete and then sealed the cracks in the concrete with our Nexus Pro sealant. Sinking Walkway Gets a Lift in Rochester, MN

A homeowner in Rochester, MN, noticed that her front walkway was beginning to separate from her front stairs, creating a trip hazard. Not wanting the issue to get worse, she decided to research companies in the area that could restore the concrete. Once she found our website, she decided to take advantage of our FREE estimates, and a few weeks later our Design Specialist, Mitch S, headed out to the home. 

Once Mitch finished his inspection, he informed the homeowner that sinking concrete is all too common but that we could fix the issue with our PolyLevel lifting solution. Sinking Walkway Gets Transformed in Rochester, MN

A homeowner from Rochester, MN was growing concerned when they noticed that their concrete steps were separating from the adjoining concrete walkway. Not wanting the issue to worsen, they took to the internet to see if they could get some answers and find a company that could complete the repairs for them. Next, he inserted the PolyLevel, closely monitoring the lifting and leveling process to ensure the slab returned to its original spot. Once the lifting was complete, he used our NexusPro out seal all of the cracks and joints in the concrete to ensure that no elements would get under the slab, affecting the lift. Now our homeowners can have faith in their curb appeal!
