Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

Angie, a homeowner in Rochester MN, called us after having trouble with another local concrete leveling contractor.  They collected her money and never showed up to do the work.  American Waterworks was more than happy to step in and level off their sunken stoop.

Doug Pencille, owner of DSP Inspections in Rochester, referred the Kaufman's to American Waterworks after noticing a section of their concrete sidewalk had sunk several inches. One of our concrete repair experts, Brandon Wiskow, drilled small holes into his porch to inject the PolyLevel foam. Next, he injected the foam until the slab was raised and leveled, which closed the crack in the brick wall. PolyLevel is a faster, durable and more affordable alternative to traditional concrete repair. The process is non-invasive and only took a couple of hours to complete. Eric is glad he found a concrete repair solution that was the right fit for him. He is glad he will now be able to enjoy a raised and level stoop for years to come.

Our Foreman, Troy, and his crew member started the project by drilling small holes throughout the sidewalk and injecting our PolyLevel in each hole. Our PolyLevel is a special foam made to fill the voids underneath concrete slabs. Next, our team applied our NexusPro over the crack, which prevents moisture from seeping through the cracks and gives the concrete a neat and clean finish.
