Lester S. in Medford, MN had uneven concrete slabs throughout his driveway, and he felt there were not properly supported. He wanted to have a professional take a look at it, so he contacted American Waterworks to receive a FREE estimate. One of our Design Specialists, Don Mancilman, went onsite to inspect his concrete driveway and design the right solution. Don assured Lester that we would be able to raise and level his concrete with our PolyLevel foam concrete repair solution. Lester was pleased to learn that PolyLevel is a durable, faster and more affordable option compared to traditional concrete repair.
Our concrete repair experts began the process by drilling penny-sized holes into the concrete slabs where they needed to be raised. Then, they injected the polymer foam until the concrete was raised and leveled back to its original position. Lastly, they sealed all the cracks and seams in the driveway with our Nexus Pro sealant to give the driveway a beautiful, finished look. Lester loved the results of the project and he is glad he chose American Waterworks to help restore his driveway.

Our crew, led by Foreman, Ben K, began the project by strategically drilling holes into the problem slabs. Then, they injected our PolyLevel into the holes. Our PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that, when injected under concrete, works to fill voids caused by soil erosion. The crew finished the job by sealing cracks and joints with our NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant that is specially formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions, helping ensure that your concrete will stay raised for a long time to come.

A homeowner in Hudson, WI, noticed their sidewalk was collecting water near the home. Concerned by this discovery, the homeowner began looking for a permanent solution. Overwhelmed by all their options, the homeowner looked on referral sites, like the Better Business Bureau and NextDoor. At the top of both lists was us, American Waterworks. The homeowner was impressed with our accolades, so they decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. After the estimate was finalized, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Gary, to the home to perform the inspection. Gary arrived, introduced himself to the homeowner, and started the thorough inspection. Following his inspection, Gary determined the sidewalk was settling towards the home, leading to the water puddling towards the home. To stop the water from collecting near the home, Gary recommended lifting the sidewalk back to level. The homeowner agreed with Gary's suggestions, so he directed the plans to the office to be finalized. After the office approved, they were sent to our Foreman, Patrick, and his crew to begin production. Patrick and his crew traveled to the home to start the project. Once they arrived, they began by lifting the sidewalk using PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. The crew successfully lifted the sidewalk back to its original level, so they shifted their focus to repairing the crack. First, the crew filled the crack using NexusPro Crack Repair, a silicone-based solution. Once the crack was filled, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was impressed with the excellent work completed by the crew, so they left a lovely review. American Waterworks is happy to repair its customer's stubborn, sunken concrete.
