The comments flooded with recommendations for us, American Waterworks. After seeing the high response, the homeowners decided to investigate our company. Our Foreman, Sam, and his crew arrived at the home to begin production. First, the crew inserted the PolyLevel underneath the front slab and a single slab on top of the driveway. The PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam injection solution that lifts and levels sinking concreting. Once the PolyLevel was inserted, the crew shifted their focus to replacing the joints near the door. To fill these joints, the crew used the NexusPro Sealant, a silicone-based sealant. After the joints were replaced, the crew was able to clean up the site and leave the home. The homeowners were grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew. American Waterworks is happy to assist our customers with their concrete concerns.
A homeowner from Faribault, MN, noticed that the concrete slab just beyond his garage door was beginning to sink, creating a trip hazard. Not wanting anyone to take an unnecessary tumble, he decided to research companies in the area that could help with the problem. After doing his research online, he came across our website and decided to take advantage of our FREE estimates. A few weeks later our Design Specialist, Aidan, headed out to the home.
After Aidan finished his inspection of the concrete, he informed the homeowner that he was right to call. Concrete issues are often cheaper when caught and addressed earlier. He went on to say that American Waterworks could fix the sinking slab by using our PolyLevel lifting and leveling method. Our PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when injected below slabs, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifting the slab back to its desired resting spot. Aidan went on to say that we finished the process by installing our NexusPro. This silicone-based sealant gets applied directly to the cracks and joints in the concrete, preventing any unwanted water from getting below the slab. The homeowner agreed and the work was scheduled to be completed a few weeks later.
On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Patrick, and his team made quick work of the project. When the job was completed, our customer was thrilled to know he no longer needed to worry about trip hazards!
