A homeowner from Sparta, WI, got in touch with us when she noticed that her front walkway was beginning to sink. The slabs hadn't sunken enough to create trip hazards, but it had deteriorated to the point of being a bit of an eyesore. Deciding she didn't want to keep looking at the issue, she decided to call American Waterworks and set up her FREE estimate. A few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Will R, headed out to the home for his inspection.
Once Will completed his inspection, he met with the homeowner to give his recommendations. He informed the homeowner that American Waterworks could address the sinking concrete with the help of our PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a dense, polyurethane foam that expands when it's installed beneath sinking concrete slabs. It works to fill voids left over from soil erosion and slowly lifts slabs back to their desired position. He went on to say that once the lift is complete, our team seals the job with our NexusPro. NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant that gets applied to all cracks and joints in the concrete and works to prevent unwanted moisture and debris from getting under the slab. The homeowner liked the sound of the plan and scheduled the work to be completed a few weeks later.
On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Troy, and his team were able to complete the lift and sealing without complications, and now our homeowner is thrilled to know her concrete is no longer sinking, and her curb appeal is restored!

She signed up for our FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Chuck H, headed out to the home.
Once Chuck finished his inspection, he met with the homeowners to deliver his recommendations. Chuck was confident we could address the sinking concrete with the use of our PolyLevel method. PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath concrete surfaces. It works to fill voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifts sinking concrete back to its desired location. Chuck went on to say that after our team had lifted the concrete, they would install our NexusPro. A silicone-based sealant, NexusPro gets applied to all cracks and joints in the lifted concrete. It works to prevent moisture from getting below the concrete slab to the vulnerable concrete below. The homeowner liked the sound of the plan and scheduled the job for a few weeks later.

A homeowner in Bangor, WI, noticed their sidewalk was rising. Wanting to solve the issue permanently, the homeowner began looking into the concrete repair options near them. The homeowner searched "fix raised sidewalk" near Bangor, WI, and came across our services. Impressed by our before and after concrete repair photos, the homeowner knew we were the best option for them. Once they signed up for their FREE estimate, the homeowner awaited the arrival of Ross, one of our Design Specialists. Ross arrived at the home and began his full inspection of the raised concrete. Following his analysis, Ross determined that the sidewalk was sinking due to soil settlement. To stop the settlement from continuing, Ross recommended lifting the sidewalk using PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner agreed. Once approved, the plans were sent to the office and directed to the assigned crews. Our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew were assigned to complete the task. After they arrived, Dylon and his crew started by lifting the sidewalk and the driveway. Once both were properly lifted, the crew shifted their focus to filling the several cracks throughout the sidewalk and driveway. The crew used NexusPro, a silicone-based solution, to fill these cracks. Once the cracks were repaired, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was relieved to know their sidewalk was properly lifted and leveled. American Waterworks is glad to assist another homeowner in need.
