Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Stillwater, MN, was growing frustrated with his concrete driveway. It had begun sinking, separating from the garage floor. This resulted in the homeowner having to step on the gas when entering the garage and then slamming on the brakes to not hit items within the garage. He began his research and came across our website. He decided to sign up for our FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist headed out to the home. Once our Design Specialist completed his walkthrough, he informed the homeowner that his issues could be fixed by using our PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected below concrete slabs, slowly filling voids caused by soil erosion, and lifting the slab back to it's desired location. He finished by saying that our installation is completed with our NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant that gets applied to the cracks and joints of the concrete to prevent unwanted elements from getting beneath the slab. The homeowner agreed and work began a few weeks later.

The culvert underneath two concrete slabs sunk several inches at Mark D.'s home in Stillwater, MN. He got in contact with American Waterworks and scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, James W. James went to Mark's home, inspected the problem, and proposed 154 pounds of our PolyLevel, which is a special foam insulation that levels and stabilizes the concrete surface. A silicone-base sealant, NexusPro gets applied to all joints and cracks in the concrete to prevent any unwanted elements from penetrating the slab and protecting it from further sinking. The homeowner needed some time to think about the right choice for her family. A few weeks later, she called back and got her project with us scheduled.
