One of our PolyLevel experts, Jared Wroblewski, drilled penny-sized holes into the concrete slabs where the foam needed to be injected to effectively raise and level the porch. Then, he injected the foam until the slabs were a completely level surface. Lastly, he filled the cracks in the concrete with our Nexus Pro sealant. Troy was amazed at the transformation and he is glad he will now be able to enjoy a beautiful concrete porch for many years to come.

A silicone-base sealant, NexusPro gets applied to all joints and cracks in the concrete to prevent any unwanted elements from penetrating the slab and protecting it from further sinking. The homeowner needed some time to think about the right choice for her family. A few weeks later, she called back and got her project with us scheduled. 

On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Jordan S, and his team made quick work of the installation, carefully monitoring the lifting process to ensure the slab returned to its original resting spot.
