Concrete Leveling and Repair in Monticello, MN

Ron M. of Monticello, MN had uneven concrete on his front porch. He wanted it fixed up before the end of summer, so he called American Waterworks to set up a Free Estimate. We sent out our Design Specialist, Chad Johnson, to inspect the concrete and come up with a solution. After a detailed diagnosis, Ron was content with Chad's proposal so he went ahead with the project.

Our foreman, Troy Johnson, and his production crew began the concrete repair by injecting our PolyLevel below the concrete to fill the gaps and stabilize the surface. PolyLevel is waterproof, it's not messy, and heavy loads can sit on it within 15 minutes after injection. To seal the cracks, our crew applied NexusPro, which is a special sealant made to provide long-term flexibility, and it gives the concrete a clean and neat appearance. Ron was very happy with the project and was glad he got in touch with American Waterworks when he did!

One of our PolyLevel experts, Brandon Wiskow, drilled small holes into the driveway and injected the polymer foam until the concrete slabs were raised and level. Once he had finished raising the concrete, he sealed the cracks with our NexusPro sealant which protects the concrete and gives it a beautiful, finished look. This process took about half a day. Blooming Prairie, MN, Sunken Concrete Leveled and Lifted

A homeowner in Blooming Prairie, MN, noticed their front walkway was sinking due to settlement. Worried this issue could worsen, the homeowner looked into "concrete leveling services near me". One of the first companies to grab their attention was us, American Waterworks, so the homewoner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of our Design Specialist, Tony. A few days later, Tony traveled to the home to begin the thorough inspection. To prevent the settlement from continuing, Tony recommended lifting and leveling the sidewalk using PolyLevel, a polyurthane foam injection solution. The homeowner agreed and worked with Tony to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, Jordan and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Jordan and his crew began by inserting PolyLevel, a polyurthane foam injection solution, below the sinking slabs. Once the PolyLevel was inserted, the crew shifted to repairing the joints and cracks with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. American Waterworks is happy to repair its customers' damaged concrete.

Concrete Patio Lifted in Blooming Prairie, MN

A customer from Blooming Prairie, MN got in contact with us when he began to notice that his concrete patio was beginning to sink away from the siding of his home. He was afraid that if left untreated, the trip hazard would become more dangerous. When he called us, we set him up with our FREE estimate, entitling him to a FREE estimate with one of our Design Specialists, Kevin. When Kevin arrived at the property, he assessed the damage, and when he finished he made his recommendations. He recommended the use of our PolyLevel injection to address the sinkage. He explained that our PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that gets injected beneath the problem slab to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface. Our customer agreed and work began shortly after.

Our Foreman, Troy, and his Co-Foreman, Cory, began the process by strategically drilling holes in the concrete slab. Next, they injected the foam into the holes while closely monitoring the lifting process to ensure no overcorrection was made.
