After our Design Specialist finished his inspection, he met with the homeowner to give him our recommendations. Our Design Specialist explained that we could lift the sunken patio using our PolyLevel method. Our PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath concrete slabs, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifting the concrete back into place. In about a week, Ryan and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. They began by drilling small holes into the concrete slabs. Injection ports are then installed, and PolyLevel is injected beneath the concrete slab. Once the slab has been lifted, the crew makes sure that it is level before sealing the holes with concrete. Lastly, the crew seals the joints with our long-lasting, high-durability NexusPro. After everything was completed, the crew cleaned up their equipment and left the home.
