A homeowner in Fargo, ND, knew it was time to have their driveway repaired after seeing the severe cracks. Knowing this was a larger project, the homeowner looked into professionals who could accomplish this task. One of the first companies to catch their eye was us, American Waterworks. After reading our 5-star reviews, the homeowner knew we were the company for them. After signing up for their FREE estimate, the homeowner waited for the arrival of Dylan, one of our Design Specialists. After Dylan arrived, he began taking a closer look at the damaged concrete around the home. Dylan determined the driveway needed to be lifted and leveled using PolyLevel, our polyurethane foam injection solution. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner agreed. Once the plans were approved by the homeowner and the office, we sent our Foreman, Charlie, and his crew to begin the project. Charlie and his crew started by inserting PolyLevel underneath the garage floor and driveway. After the PolyLevel was installed, the crew shifted their focus to repairing all the cracks using the NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant. Once all the cracks and joints were fixed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was glad to know their driveway and garage were properly fixed and would last a long time. American Waterworks is happy to work with another lovely customer.
A homeowner in Fargo, ND, had been dealing with a cracked driveway for years. Hoping to eventually resell the home, she decided that it was time to fix the issue. She headed to the internet to do research of her own, and found out website. She decided to take advantage of our FREE estimates, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Dylan J, headed out to the home. Once he completed his walkthrough, he informed the homeowner that American Waterworks could fix the issue by using our PolyLevel lifting and leveling method. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when injected below sinking concrete, filling voids left by soil erosion, and slowly lifting the slabs back into place. Dylan finished by saying that the final step in our process is to install our NexusPro. A silicone-base sealant, NexusPro gets applied to all cracks and joints of the concrete slab, preventing any unwanted water from getting below the slab, potentially compromising the lift. The homeowner agreed and the work was scheduled to be completed a few weeks later.
On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Sam, made quick work of the project. When it was completed, our homeowner was thrilled to know she had restored concrete and refreshed curb appeal!

A homeowner in Fargo, ND, was driving into their driveway when they noticed a significant dip going into their garage. Worried the dip would worsen, the homeowner knew they needed to find a professional solution. Unsure who to work with, the homeowner looked into professional concrete repair companies based in Fargo. After looking into several companies, the homeowner decided they would work with us, American Waterworks. Since they were already on our website, the homeowner signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set the homeowner awaited the arrival of Ian, one of our Fargo-based Design Specialists. Ian traveled to the home, introduced himself to the homeowner, and began the thorough investigation of the sinking concrete. During his investigation, Ian discovered that the entire driveway was sinking due to settlement. To stop the settlement from continuing, Ian recommended lifting the concrete back to its original state. After hearing Ian's proposal, the homeowner knew this was their best choice. Ian sent the approved proposal to our Logistics team, so they could build the project for production. After the project was built, it was assigned to our Forman, Charlie, and his crew to begin. First, Charlie and his crew started by lifting the sunken driveway with PolyLevel. Once the driveway was lifted, the crew shifted their focus to repairing the damaged joints throughout the concrete. The crew filled these cracks using NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant. After the cracks were filled, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the wonderful work completed by the crew. American Waterworks is happy to repair its customer's struggling concrete.
A homeowner in West Fargo, ND noticed that the concrete slabs of their walkway and driveway had begun settling making an uneven surface to walk and drive on. Wanting to address the issue right away rather than waiting until it worsens, the homeowner began searching for concrete lifting in the area and found our website. After browsing through our website, the homeowner was impressed with our before and after photos and decided to contact us to schedule his FREE estimate.
In a couple of weeks, our Design Specialist, Dylan J., arrived at the home to inspect the homeowner's concerns and to answer any questions. During his inspection, Dylan informed the homeowner that one of the common causes of settling concrete is soil washout. When it rains or floods, water moves through the ground, underneath the slabs, and washes away the supporting soils. Over time, this process creates gaps in the soil and the slabs begin to settle. For this reason, Dylan recommended our PolyLevel, a water-resistant polyurethane foam expanding formula that allows for the accurate lifting of concrete slabs. After reviewing Dylan's proposal, the homeowner happily agreed and decided to move forward with the project.
In about a week, our Foreman, Charlie C., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. They began by drilling small holes into the slabs and installing the injection ports. PolyLevel is then injected into the slab, filling in the spaces in the soil causing the slab to lift. Once the slab is at the desired level, the crew seals the holes with cement. After they were done with the installation, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.
