Sharon M. of Round Lake, MN had sunken and cracked concrete on her front stoop and she wanted to get it repaired rather than replaced. She found American Waterworks and worked with our Design Specialist, Brain Ramirez. Brian wrote up a proposal for our PolyLevel and NexusPro, which are two of our main concrete products. Sharon was confident in the systems, so she followed through with the project.
Our Foreman, Dylon Mish, and his crew member injected our PolyLevel beneath the concrete, which is designed to raise the concrete and stabilize the surface to its natural position. Next, our crew applied our NexusPro over the crack, which is made to prevent water moisture from seeping underneath the concrete. It also gives the concrete a nice, clean finish.

When he found our website, he signed up for our FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Tony B, headed out to the home to see what could be done.
Once Tony completed his walkthrough, he met with the homeowner. Tony began by informing the homeowner that concrete can experience sinking for a variety of reasons, but nonetheless, American Waterworks could help.
