Gain Bin Gets Lifted in Fort Ransom, ND

Jim, a home and landowner in Fort Ransom, ND, was having issues with the concrete slab under his grain bin. He was worried about how this would affect his storage and the safety of the structure. He looked around and called American Waterworks for a FREE estimate. Richie, one of our Fargo Design Specialist, went out to the property to have a look around the space and created a recommendation proposal for Jim. Jim got all his questions answered and felt confident in the plan, so we got to work!

Our Foreman, Charlie, went out with his crew and installed our PolyLevel lifting and leveling solutions. The crew started by installing injection ports over the gaps to guide the PolyLevel underneath the concrete. Then, our team injected the PolyLevel through the holes to get underneath the slab and fill the voids to raise and level the slab surface. Once that portion of the project was completed, our crew applied our NexusPro over the cracks to prevent moisture from seeping underneath and to give the concrete a neat, polished appearance. To complete the installation, our crew provided the resident with a thorough walkthrough of what they did and ensured the resident's expectations were met. Your concrete won't get better with time, but it will get better with us!

Sinking Concrete in Lismore, MN Lifted with PolyLevel

A homeowner in Lismore, MN, had noticed that their walkway began sinking, causing the area to become bumpy. Concerned it would be a trip hazard, the homeowner began looking for concrete fixers in the area and found us. After browsing our website and becoming impressed by our reviews, the homeowner knew we were the best choice and decided to contact us and schedule their FREE estimate.

In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Tony B., arrived at the home to assess the concrete. After taking a close look at the problem areas, Tony created a proposal recommending PolyLevel, our foam-expanding solution, to lift the slabs back to their original position. Not wanting to go through the troubles of mudjacking or slab replacement, the homeowner happily agreed.

In about a month, our Foreman, Patrick B., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. The crew began by drilling small holes into the concrete slabs. Next, PolyLevel is injected beneath the slab, filling in the voids in the soil. Once the slabs have been lifted and leveled, the crew seals the holes.

Now, our customer can have a smooth and level walkway! Noticed sunken slabs along your home? Click HERE to schedule your FREE estimate today!

Concrete Repair in Chandler, MN

A homeowner in Chandler, MN, saw that their garage floor was beginning to slowly lower. Since they had an annual maintenance appointment coming up, the homeowner called our Appointment Center and scheduled their appointment for concrete repair. After setting the appointment, the homeowner awaited the arrival of one of our Service Technicians, Rasean. Once Rasean arrived at the home, he began his detailed analysis of the garage floor. Rasean determined the garage floor was settling, so he recommended lifting the affected concrete. Wanting to avoid total concrete replacement, the homeowner agreed. Rasean forwarded the plans to the office to be approved. Once approved, the office assigned them to our Foreman, Domanik, and his crew. Domanik and the crew traveled to the home to start production. First, the crew installed the PolyLevel underneath the garage floors. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam injection solution that instantly raises sunken concrete. The crew lifted the entire garage floor. Once the garage floor was lifted, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was impressed again with the excellent work completed by the crew. American Waterworks is glad to assist homeowner following their original appointment.

Sunken Patio Causes Staircase Void in Worthington, MN

Concrete Lifted and Repaired in Round Lake, MN

Sharon M. of Round Lake, MN had sunken and cracked concrete on her front stoop and she wanted to get it repaired rather than replaced. She found American Waterworks and worked with our Design Specialist, Brain Ramirez. Brian wrote up a proposal for our PolyLevel and NexusPro, which are two of our main concrete products. Sharon was confident in the systems, so she followed through with the project.

Our Foreman, Dylon Mish, and his crew member injected our PolyLevel beneath the concrete, which is designed to raise the concrete and stabilize the surface to its natural position. Next, our crew applied our NexusPro over the crack, which is made to prevent water moisture from seeping underneath the concrete. It also gives the concrete a nice, clean finish.
