Matt T.'s concrete slab was sinking, causing him to worry about the value of his home. One of his peers referred him to American Waterworks, so he got in contact with our office staff and scheduled a FREE estimate. Our Design Specialist went to his home in Shakopee, inspected his concrete, and proposed our PolyLevel and NexusPro. Matt was confident in our products and their features, so he went ahead with the project.
Our Foreman and his crew member began the project by injecting 51 pounds of our PolyLevel underneath the slab to fill the voids and stabilize the surface. Our PolyLevel is a special foam that cures quickly, is adjustable to all sizes, and is non-invasive, unlike mudjacking. Next, our team applied our NexusPro over the cracks in the concrete. The purpose of NexusPro is to prevent moisture from invading the soil and it gives the concrete a neat and clean appearance. Matt was happy with the work that was completed!

Robert D. of Stacy, MN had cracked concrete on his front porch, and he wanted it repaired as soon as possible. He looked up contractors online and came across American Waterworks concrete repair products. He called our office line to schedule a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Ben Fort. Ben went to his home to inspect his concrete and come up with a solution. After a thorough inspection, Robert decided to follow through with the project.
These concrete cracks do not go unnoticed and they give moisture a way to seep beneath the slab, which allows the underlying soil to soften or wash away. To prevent that from happening, our Foreman and his crew member applied our NexusPro to seal the crack. Our NexusPro provides long-lasting flexibility and stands up to bad weather conditions. It also gives the concrete a neat and clean appearance.

Our foreman, Trevor Ellingson, and his production crew started the installation by injecting PolyLevel underneath the crack of the concrete. PolyLevel is a type of foam that fills the concrete gaps and stabilizes the surface. It's a waterproof product that doesn't wash away, and after installation, you can walk, drive, bike, etc. on it within 15 minutes after injection. Next, they applied one layer of our NexusPro solution on the crack to seal it and complete the project. NexusPro provides long-term suppleness and prevents any additional cracking or spuming. A homeowner in Minnetonka, MN, was sweeping the leaves off their driveway when they discovered the slabs were overlapping one another. Wanting to get the problem solved, the homeowner began searching for a solution. The homeowners did not want to have their driveway concrete completely replaced, so they looked for a repair option instead. During their search, the homeowners came across our us, American Waterworks. Seeing we do concrete repairs, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. After the estimate appointment was created, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Michel, to investigate the cause of the overlapping concrete. Michel arrived at the home and started inspecting the concrete. After his inspection, Michel determined that the concrete was sinking, causing the overlap. To prevent further sinking, Michel suggested that the homeowners lift and level the driveway. The homeowners agreed with Michel's suggestions and the plans were sent to the assigned crew. Our Foreman, Patrick, and his crew arrived at the home to begin the lifting and leveling process. The crew utilized the PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution, to lift and level the concrete. Once the concrete was lifted, the crew shifted their focus to filling the several cracks and joints throughout the concrete. To fill these problem areas, the crew used the NexusPro Joint Sealant. Once all the cracks and joints were sealed the crew was able to clean up the job site and move on to the next job. The homeowner was pleased to know their driveway was no longer at risk. American Waterworks is happy to help another customer lift and level their concrete.
