Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

A customer contacted us in regards to bunnies and other pests entering their crawl space through previously sealed holes and wanted to know what could be done to fix the issue. Our Design Specialist, Dustin Loftus, went out to the property to assess the situation and recommended the homeowners remove the stone and debris in the crawl space, remove old spray foam in the stone walls and re-grout the holes, add CleanSpace encapsulation to keep warm air in, and add SmartJacks to add further stabilization the home.

Our Foreman, Kiko, installed the recommended fix on the properties and now the homeowners have peace of mind knowing that unwanted pests and loss of heat through the crawl space are all worries of the past.

A Rochester, MN, homeowner had noticed a musty smell wafting through his home in the past few months. He had tried several remedies to get the odor removed from his home but nothing was working.
