Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Clear Lake, IA, was clearing out their crawl space when they noticed it was falling apart. Worried about the long-term effects, the homeowner began searching for a solution. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner waited for the arrival of one of our Design Specialists, Ryan. As soon as he arrived, Ryan began his thorough investigation of the crawl space. Ryan confirmed the crawl space needed to be encapsulated and was able to provide them with a detailed proposal. The homeowner agreed with the proposal, then it was sent to our office to be scheduled and approved. The office built and scheduled the project, then it was assigned to our Foreman, Matt, and his crew. Matt and his crew traveled to the home and started the crawl space encapsulation. First, the crew began by clearing the crawl space. Next, the crew laid Drainage Matting on the crawl space floor. Then, the crawl space is installed CleanSpace on the crawl space walls and floors. Finally, the crew installed Foamax on the crawl space walls. Matt and his crew cleaned up the materials, then cleaned up their materials and left the home. Next, they applied 55 feet of CleanSpace Wall System around the wall perimeter, which is made to prevent mold or humidity build-up.  After receiving the news that their test came back at 8.4 pCi/L, the Shepards decided it was best to encapsulate their crawlspace with a vapor barrier known as CleanSpace.
