We sent one of our Design Specialists to meet with Kami, evaluate the situation, and propose a unique solution for her home.
Our Foreman, Kiko Pena, and his production crew installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the floor of the crawl space. Then, they installed our Foamax insulation panels along the walls. The combination of these products work together to make Kami’s crawl space a clean, dry, and energy efficient space.
This crawlspace had standing water and a lingering odor throughout the basement. American Waterworks installed Cleanspace liners to keep the moisture out and reduce the relative humidity in the crawlspace.

Our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his production crew got to work and removed the debris from the crawl space. They began the project by installing our Drainage matting on the floor of the crawl space and our recommended TripleSafe sump pump. Then, they installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier to completely encapsulate the space and spray foam insulation in the rim joists to prevent energy loss and keep heat in. Lastly, they installed our SaniDry dehumidifier to take care of any humidity. The homeowner is glad his crawl space is now a clean, dry, and more energy-efficient space.
Marty and Faith S. of Forest Lake, MN were experiencing severe water exposure throughout their crawl space, causing them to worry about the value of their home. Next, our team installed 116 feet of our FoamMax Wall Panels, which is a foam insulation that brightens the room and helps save energy. Lastly, our crew applied 730 feet of our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Encapsulation. Our CleanSpace is made to prevent mold, mildew, and humidity, and it also acts as a wall and floor protectant. The work was completed within a couple of days, and Marty and Faith had a remarkable experience from start to finish!
