Jan J., a resident of La Crosse, WI, had a wet and musty crawl space, causing them to worry about mold, pests, wood rot, and other crawl space problems. They knew of our Design Specialist, Josh Schultz, so they scheduled a FREE estimate with him to come out to their house and inspect their problems. Josh proposed our CleanSpace Encapsulation Moisture Barrier and our FoamMax Wall Panels for the repairs. Jan was confident in our products and their warranties, so they went ahead with the project and signed Josh's contract.
Our Foreman, Tremaine Jackson, and his production team began the project by cleaning out the crawl space and ensuring everything was out of the way. Next, our team installed our FoamMax Wall Panels around the crawl space wall perimeter. These wall panels provide brightness, make the space warmer, and have extremely high insulation value. Lastly, our team installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation Moisture Barrier around the crawl space floor. This moisture barrier is 100% waterproof, prevents mold growth, and gives the crawl space a clean appearance. Jan was very happy with the repairs and had a great experience with our team from appointment to installation!

Our Foreman, Cory Sather, and his production crew installed drainage matting, TerraBlock insulation, and our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the floor of the crawl space. Then, they installed our spray foam rim joist insulation and Foamax insulation panels along the walls. These products work together to keep moisture, pests, and potential mold growth out. They also help reduce Tim’s energy bill by making sure energy is not lost through that space.
