Robert H. of Menomonie, WI had cracked a cracked foundation wall in his basement, making him worry about the structural build of his home. Our office staff got in contact with him and set him up with a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Tim Schneider. Tim went to his home, examined the wall, and drew out a design and plan of our GeoLock Wall Anchors. Our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his production team began the project by digging small holes outside of the home beyond the foundation. Our team inserted a long, metal rod from the inside foundation wall to each hole outside of the home. At the ends of each rod, our crew screwed on and tightened a GeoLock Wall Anchor. Our wall anchor system is made to stabilize foundation walls by anchoring the walls to the hard-packed soil beyond the foundation and pulling them back to their original position. To complete the project, our crew backfilled the holes and replaced the soil. Juan and his crew made sure Robert was happy with the repairs and answered all of his questions!
