Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Ross, ND, noticed water seeping in between the blocks of the foundation wall. After signing up for their FREE estimate, we sent out our Design Specialist, Ian, to examine the foundation. After a thorough examination, Ian suggested that the homeowners stabilize and insulate their walls. The homeowners agreed and preparations began. 

Our crew arrived at the site and began the job. First, the crew began by installing eight Geo-Locks and PowerBraces on the east basement wall. Then, the crew attached Carbon Armour on the remaining basement walls for additional support. After stabilizing the foundation, the crew applied SprayFoam on the joists around the perimeter. Finally, the crew installed CleanSpace on all the basement walls. The homeowners were relieved that their foundation was stable. A homeowner in Ray, ND, was distressed about the foundation walls crumbling in their basement. Frantically searching for a solution, the homeowner called American Waterworks for a FREE estimate. Our Foreman, Domenic, and his crew began by removing any fallen stones as necessary.  Once the stones were cleared from the area, the crew began to EverBrace the entire west wall of the basement. After the EverBrace was installed, the crew installed the PowerBraces near the stairs for additional support. Now that the PowerBraces were in place, the crew installed SmartJacks and a supplemental beam to provide additional support for the foundation.
