Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

When Rick arrived, he began the evaluation of the foundation and found that the wall was showing signs of early wall failure. To stop the wall from failing further, Rick suggested that the foundation be permanently stabilized. Knowing this was the best option for them, the homeowner agreed and production began. Our Foreman, Arturo, and his crew arrived at the home to begin the foundation stabilization. When they arrived the crew prepared the walls for the foundation stabilization. Then, the crew installed 12 PowerBraces on the north and south foundation walls. Once the PowerBraces were secured, the crew was able to clean up their materials and leave the home. The nice thing about this system is it can be tightened with a torque wrench over time by the homeowner to ensure it's sticking to its design. Our Foreman, Cole Brinkman, and his production crew were able to successfully stabilize Debbie’s foundation with the installation of 13 PowerBraces along the deteriorating foundation walls. The team started the installation by securing brackets into the floor as well as the rim joists. Then, they installed the PowerBraces into the brackets and tightened them as far as they could go. PowerBraces do not require outside excavation, so it is less invasive than other foundation repair options. Debbie is happy with the results, and she is glad she made the investment to protect the foundation of her home!

He contacted American Waterworks to receive a FREE estimate, so we sent a Design Specialist to his home to inspect his foundation and provide a personalized solution. Our production crew started the installation by digging out the soil surrounding the home where the foundation was settling. Then, they installed heavy-duty steel brackets below the footing of the foundation. Next, rugged, interlocking steel pier sections are hydraulically driven through the bracket until bedrock or stable soil is reached. The weight of the home is then transferred through the piers to load-bearing soil. The installation took roughly two days to complete, but now the foundation of John’s home is permanently stabilized, and it is ready to be put on the market!
